Great product, even better than the original because it is more flexible and as such easier to manipulate in cold temperatures. I rode a lot in the winter and have to drive some distances to get to accessible pathways. I was easily able to replace the original broken one with this and have been very satisfied for this past year. Way better than buying a while new bike rack.
HORRIBLE!!! They lasted about an hour on our bike rack before they all broke. We had to buy tow straps to make due.
Fast service, got it before we were taking off in the RV for Virginia.
