These are still holding up after one year The original swagman straps were brittle and broke in less than one year in my warm salty weather . But these replacements straps so far have been great. No issues.

I ordered some replacement parts for my Swagman bike rack. Etrailer had the parts I was looking for, they shipped them to me in a couple of days. I used the parts to fix my bike rack, it's like new now. Etrailer has parts and replacements for RV's and accessories. They also have large selection of hitches, tires and wheels. Would recommend Etrailer as a supplier,
I bought two of these for future replacements on the bike carrier. I just figured sun and rubber are a bad mix and the strap in time will crack and break.

Joseph G - 09/25/2020The weather here is very hard on the material these straps are made of. They eventually crack. Fortunately, replacement is easy and affordable with only one small bolt and nut to remove and replace to install the new strap assembly. Nicely thought out design.

I was sent here by Swagman customer support to get replacement straps for my Semi 2.0 - which was helpful enough. These straps DO in fact work with the Semi. However, be aware they are apparently Fat Bike straps, and at least twice as long as the original straps that came with my Semi. So, while they work, it's a lot more strap to fuss with every time you put a bike on the rack or take it off.

These replacement straps are much better than the original. The original straps broke down quickly in the sun. The new straps seem much more durable.
Worked perfectly on our Swagman Escapee 2 rack. We used the original stainless screw and nylock nut versus the ones provided with replacement straps.
Bought spare ratchet straps for my Swagman bike rack (originals are still good) package came quick and the look just like the originals. Very happy with Etrailers service.
