Adam: What's going on, everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're just going to be talking about some replacement parts for your Thule track rack or your Xsporter ladder rack. The one in particular we're doing now is going to be our T-bolt here. And it is just going to be an exact replacement, but I'm going to go over some measurements anyway.It's going to be about three quarters of an inch wide, this little flat part here. It's going to be about an inch tall, and the diameter of the threaded side of our T-bolt here is going to be about three tenths of an inch. But, so pretty much what we're going to use with this is what our little knob is tightening down on.As you can see here, we're not having any issues, it isn't seized up or anything like that.
And that's what we want. But if you guys aren't getting that smooth of a roll with this knob, it's probably time to replace it.So we're going to go ahead and show you guys how right now. We are going to have to remove this end plate here. Grab the right size Allen tool and loosen that up. Actually going to remove it completely.
Just like that, take that out. And then we can go ahead and actually completely remove, a little hole down here. We're going to slide that out real quick. Put the new one back in. Pretty much done deal after we replace our cap.So this isn't really a long thing, but if you're dealing with threads that are cross threaded or rusted or anything like that, it's definitely a very quick fix just to not have that frustration whenever you're using your ladder rack.Whenever I'm working, the least amount of frustrations I have the better.
But just know we have replacements for pretty much everything you guys need here at etrailer. And all of them are going to be relatively easy, just because we did assemble this ladder rack when you guys got it out of the box. So it's going to be that same exact process. And as of right now, we are pretty much done. Did this down, now we're good.So hopefully you guys enjoyed the video and just know that we do have a lot of replacement parts for these ladder racks to help you guys to get your work done a little bit smoother.So when we're viewing the website, we see you guys ask a lot of questions on, if you guys can customize your stuff.
A lot of people are wondering if you guys can use it with the wing bars and you can. The slot is going to be wide enough to be able to fit this through there. So if you guys are really customizing your guy's rig and you guys think that the dimensions that I said earlier are going to work with this replacement part, you guys can go ahead and go for it. Make it yours, but do us a favor and share it on our website. Thank you for being a source for more T-bolts. I found my new truck and Thule TracRac a bit tall for me to load my boat by myself (boat is 22' x 15") so I made my own roller. The T-bolts secure my roller to the TracRac as secure as if Thule engineered it.

Actually used this to connect a discount ramps elevated rack to a retrax xr bed cover. Did a lot of research and measuring before I ordered them because there wasn’t much info about that bed cover at the time. So if anyone has one, these fit perfectly.

These are the M8 Tbolts I needed to attach my rhino sunseeker awning to my thule evo wingbars. The rhino M8 Tbolts have a 21x21 mm square head that do not fit the thule evo wingbar's 19 mm wide channel.
Very expensive for a bolt however durability and constuction is perfect.
I bought a couple of M-8 T-bolts to reinforce the installation of quick-release brackets for the Ironman awning on the
Thule Wingbar Evo 127 roof rack on my Subaru Crosstrek. The order was shipped and delivered very quickly, and the t-bolts are good quality.
I could not find M-8 T-bolts in local hardware stores (could only find smaller and shorter bolts locally), so I was glad to find them available on etrailer website! Thank you!

They are working great. I find it only takes 10 minutes to take him off or put them back on again so I run most of the time without him to get better gas mileage.

These M8 t-bolts are exactly want I needed for my truck bed rack. The fit perfectly in the slotted aluminum extrusions. The items got to my home very fast and the customer service from etrailer is top-shelf!!

Product works great, paired with a T bolt to hold Thule kayak cradles.
This is not a review so much of the product; it's just a bolt for the ladder stop. But E-Trailer is a fantastic company, the smallest parts order is given the same treatment as a large one, they have everything you need and delivery is fast.
Exactly as described. Using them to secure some older modified kayak racks to the newly purchased tracrac.
