Now folks, this does replace that bracket that holds the wheel tray on the wheel tray support bar onto the Thule Double Track TH990 Bike Rack. You're gonna get one quantity, one replacement wheelchair bracket. It's made of a nice heavy duty steel construction with a nice elegant black powder coat finish.

They have obscure little parts. Ordering is easy and good check out and shipping. Should be your go-to for roof rack, hitch, whatever. Just do it and don’t worry about it.
