  You will indeed need at least 2 parts which are the Lock # SR03807, and Lock Locator # TH03808, though you will need to reuse your bottom bracket. You can fully replace the lock by using part # SR03807 and a replacement lock locator, part # TH03808 . You'll need to make sure your current lock resembles this one for it to work.   If the box is currently locked and closed and you can't get the key piece from the lock then the first thing you will need to do is call a locksmith to first remove the key piece and then unlock the box. We do not carry the locks for the Sears Sport-SV cargo box. It is possible that # SR03807 can be used or made to fit but there is no guarantee that it will fit. It is also possible that the locksmith could make a key and possibly repair the lock if it is broken.

  For starters, the vast majority of cargo boxes and replacement mounting hardware for cargo boxes will not work on factory crossbars for a Nissan Xterra as they are very large in comparison to the standard crossbar sizes that these cargo boxes and replacement mounting hardware are designed for. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any mounting hardware we offer that will work with the Xterra crossbars. I recommend taking a trip to your local hardware store as this will be your best option.

If you've already ordered the correct key and lubed the lock and still can't get it to open it may just be rusted out internally and need to be replaced.
