I purchased a Sears X-Cargo 20 rooftop box used off Craigslist, and it had all of the hardware except this part.
I ordered a replacement from Etrailer, and it was a perfect exact match to the original ones.
I ordered a replacement plated u-bolt bracket for my car pod. I was getting ready to leave on a trip, so getting the part quickly was important. I got the part I needed the next day and it was the right part.
I just used this again yesterday for travel! I use it to lock in my roof rack. No issues!
I can't say much about the product as it is a replacement part for the one I lost from an existing cargo carrier. The difference, however, is the service. As usual, the transaction was seamless for which I got a quick acknowledgment. After that, delivery was within the promised timeframe.

The mounting brackets I purchased for my Karrite Voyager carrier fit perfectly. They will replace the tie down straps I had been using which will make the unit more secure as well as making it easier to attach the carrier to the vehicle. Great info on the etrailer site that made choosing the right product easy.

Great product. Just make sure you order all the parts because they are sold separately(wingnut, ubolt and ubolt bracket. The sales clerk I talked to on the phone was very helpful and let me know when my product would arrive. She saved me a ton of money on shipping.
