Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, I'm gonna take a look at this Spacer Kit for the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System. Now this spacer kit is designed to adapt your Timbren Suspension Enhancement System to your lifted vehicle. Now, this kit will include everything laid out here on the table. It'll include two of the one inch thick rubber spacers, two of the 1/2 thick rubber spacers, does include the bolts, and there's three different size bolts.
You got two of the 2 3/8 inch long bolts, two of the 2 9/16 long bolts, and two of the 3 1/8 size long bolts. It does come with a nice set of instructions that'll describe how these install. But basically, to determine if you need this spacer kit for your application, What you'll do is measure between the frame of your trunk when it's empty and the rear leaf spring. And this spacer kit is required for measurements that'll measure between six inches and 7 1/2 inches. This will help fill the space between your suspension system and the lifted frame.
Now, you can mix and match the spacer sizes to fit your vehicle, but you wanna make sure to use the correct length bolt for the correct spacers or spacers that are gonna be used. So basically, if you're just gonna use the 1/2 inch thick spacers, what you'll want to do is use the smaller 2 3/8 inch long bolts. If you're gonna use the two one inch size spacers, you'll use the 2 9/16 long bolts. And then if you're gonna use a one inch and a 1/2 inch one combined, then you'll use the longer bolts which are the 3 1/8 inch long bolts. But that should do it for the review on this Spacer Kit for the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System..

I have a 2016 Nissan Titan XD with a 5 L Cummins turbo diesel and these thing came quickly and just in time for me to hook up that 40 foot gooseneck and hit the road and to believe I almost bought airbags.
I think the timbren where the best choice for keeping the sag down on my truck while pulling my camper I didn’t want to deal with inflating and deflating air bags all the time so the timbren seemed like a better choice they work well for me and thanks to etrailer for there great customer service and fast shipping and prices
I never have a bad experience with an order from etrailer. Be sure to book mark this site as an Rv person with a large truck, they always have what I need.
When combined with the Timbren suspension enhancement system the supplied bolts are not long enough.
Exactly what I ordered, arrived a day earlier than expected. Typically, in my experience Timbrens leave too much gap so I added a 1in and a 1/2in spacer to reduce the gap from 2 inches down to a 1/2 gap.
The gap is going to be your first sag plus the compression of the Timbrens which also can be up to a 2 inch compression depending on your load weight. By adding the spacers you can reduce your total sag.
I reduced my sag from 4-1/4” inches down to about under 2 inches which is a big difference.
The kit was exactly what I need. It arrived ontime and the tech support at etrailer were very helpful.

Product was previously used with obvious wear and came with metric threaded bolts that did not fit the sae thread on the welded nut. Would have returned but I needed it for an upcoming trip.

So I recently had two product purchases from etrailer, my Timbren load suspension upgrade and my truck bed camper frame mounted hold-downs, both to be installed on my 2016 3500 Ram. The installation and performance of both of these products went very well. I received great phone support from etrailer operators, as my buddy and I have in the past. It was my buddie Mikie who originally recommended your Company from numerous purchases he has made with you.
Purchased in order to haul a 44’ fifth wheel with my one ton Chevy. No sway and no sagging. The ride was a little stiff but I expected that. Excellent product that took less than 45 minutes to install.
The box had significant damage to the c orner.
