The product arrived in just two days. This item was an exact fit. Install was pretty straightforward. I have not had a chance tp road test the trailer yet, but I am confident this will address the clunking when pulling away after a stop.

le cylindre ne retient pas assez il s'enfonce trop facilement lorsqu'ont freine la remorque cogne sur le hitch tout les cout lors du freinage. [the cylinder does not hold enough it sinks too easily when braked the trailer hits the hitch all costs when braking.]

- Troubleshooting Replacement Shock Absorber Spring TK71-758-00The Replacement Shock Absorber Spring Kit for Titan/UFP Brake Actuators # TK71-758-00 is supposed to move slightly, and should be able to move by your own force. To test the shock absorber, it should measure 6-1/2" long when retracted, and 8" long when extended. If you install it and it still makes a loud clunk noise, then it could either be defective, installed incorrectly, or the wrong size chock absorber for your brake actuator.

The coupler not returning to the forward location has more to do with the Replacement Shock Absorber Spring Kit for Titan/UFP Brake Actuators # TK71-758-00. If you want to use the manual key, it won't be an issue.
