Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement non-locking paddle handle for the UWS tool boxes. Now, this is an original UWS replacement non-locking paddle handle for your UWS tool box. It is a stainless steel construction, which is durable and rustproof, and you can see we call it a paddle handle because if you grab the paddle and lift it up, you can see that it'll allow you to open your door. When you let it go, it goes down to close it and hold it into place. Now we did mention, as you notice, there is no lock on this.
This is a non-locking version and this will fit most the UWS tool boxes that have the non-locking paddle handle. The paddle design we mentioned makes it very easy to open the tool box. Last thing I wanna do is just give you some measurements and we're gonna give you the measurements of the mounting holes. So if we measure horizontally center to center, both the top and the bottom ones are about the same distance apart. So you can see if I go center, let's do it this way, center to center is right about 3-1/8 inches.
Same for the top ones. If we go vertically, these are gonna be further apart than these. So I'll start with the further apart ones. Center to center, about 2-7/8 inches, and on the smaller center to center right at two inches. But that's gonna do it for the review on the replacement non-locking paddle handle for the UWS tool boxes.

Replacement paddle handle fits certain UWS toolboxes.I was disappointed that the latches did not include the foam sealing gaskets that are placed between the box and that latch itself. Water does find its way into the box without them.... Secondly it appeared that the latches were sold at one point prior to me purchasing them. One was not enclosed in its original plastic as it was just set in the shipping box unprotected, and the other in a plastic bag torn open... They do fit my tool box, so with that I am happy. Thank you.
Once I got the old one off it was easy. Used stainless nut and bolt to attach since nothing with door
