Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a brief look at this Ventline Ventadome trailer roof vent replacement gear motor. This is going to work with your Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent Model V2119. And again, that's V2119. And this is going to replace a broken gear motor on your Ventadome RV roof vent for motor homes and enclosed trailers.
Now, this gear motor is going to provide the power to open and close your dome. And it includes a small gear that drives a larger gear to operate the dome. Now, the bracket is included, as you can see to change it to an offset style if necessary. And this is going to wire into your 12 volt DC system. I actually purchased this to retrofit a manual crank fan vent to a remote powered unit. The part was exactly as described. The mounting brackets and holes lined up perfectly. The replacement of the manual gear was simple and quick.
The items I purchased were exactly what I needed. It seems etrailer carries a lot of parts for my 2006 Excel by Peterson. They're no longer manufacture this RV but you have parts for it. Thank you.

When fully opening the.motor it loads up pretty fast, not allowing a full opening. Works good otherwise.

It is still working great
Etrailer provided fast and efficient service when I needed to replace an old gear and motor assembly for an overhead vent fan. They went above and beyond duty in helping me get the right parts! Because I was replacing an old gear I had to make some modifications, but it works great now.
Exact replacement motor for the power vent in my travel trailer. Works great and took less than 10 minutes to swap it out since it came with a new mounting bracket.
Motor and gear has performed well with no problems what so ever. The original motor had a cheap plastic gear that broke in half was the reason for replacement, this motor had a much better brass gear.

Still working very well, no problems or complaints!
I used this product to repair a 12 year old ventline power bathroom vent. Gears matched up perfectly. The bracket had to have a slight modification to accommadate the older control arm
This looks like a well-made product. Unfortunately I was unable to make it fit my application (vent fan lid opening) and had to send it back. It was easy to do.
The Ventline pivot motor was exactly as what was advertised. The shipment tracking is very helpful. We have used etrailer on several occasions and have been completely satisfied with the products.
The gears match up perfect. Did have to do a slight modification for the bracket, but it took all of about 5 minutes. Great replacement part.
Worked great. Easy to remove the ole one and install the new one. Would be great if it had included two small wire nuts.

I actually installed this in a vent which didn’t have a remote opener. With a few extra parts I ordered from here and a few hours, it works great.

After one year, the part is still working perfectly!
It was a perfect fit. We’ve been looking for this part everywhere and kept getting the wrong part. etrailer was easy to see this was the correct part.
This came in a timely manner. Thank you and might I add Bailey is the bomb and needs a raise!
the new bracket that holds the motor was to small to hit the holes the shaft was centered the old one was offset took some adjustment to make the old one work
Exact parts to retrofit my second RV bath fan.

Motor is excellent replacement. Motor seems better than original.
