If you are replacing a fan blade on an older motor, then you'll have to order a new, compatible motor (sold separately) along with the replacement blade. To determine if you have an old motor, measure the length of the motor from end to end. (You should measure just the case of the motor - excluding shafts and mounting hardware. See the diagram above.) If the motor measures 2" long, then it is an older motor and it should also be replaced. A new motor will measure 1-1/2" in length.

I rebuilt my vent hood in my 1991 Toyota Odyssey RV with your fan and motor. It is sooo quiet and works excellently. In January I went to a rally in Quartzsite AZ., with 35 other Toyota RV's and many of the other campers wanted to know how to get a quieter fan like mine!!
The part was exactly what I had hunted for exactly. I was impressed with the helpful parts girl and quick delivery. The motor runs effortlessly and is very,very quiet while operating. I would be interested in ordering a couple of weight distribution bars from you in the future.
This is the fan blade for the range hood in my RV. I replaced the fan motor at the same time and mounted this blade on the new motor. After cleaning the entire hood and replacing these parts including the blade, the range hood was as good as new. The blade was an exact replacement for my old fan blade.
This was for my 25 year-old Ventline RV vent hood C1085 (in a 1995 RoadTrek 190 Popular). This is the official replacement part for most any Ventline RV vent hood (as they all seem to have essentially the same internals design) I had to buy this because my old one had the D-shaped shaft and it was the motor that was dead; the new motor has a knurled shaft so I needed a new fan blade. This one feels somewhat flimsier than my 25-year old one and the blades aren't all at the same height, feeling off a little bit (warped slightly?). I'd worried that it might cause vibrations, but it's quieter than the one in my house. It's for attaching to the BVD0281-00-R the replacement motor for seemingly all Ventline RV vent hoods that has the knurled rotor. But what are you gonna do - this is the part you'll need unless you redesign the fan system (which I did try but didn't find the results to my liking so went back to the original).

Excellent, fitted no problem
The blade went on back-order when I ordered the motor. It shipped earlier than predicted. Works great. Looked other places, etrailer was the only one who informed that the replacement motor required a different blade. Saved time and frustration.
I had to replace my fan with this one because the motor I ordered required it. Following is the review of the motor and the situation.
"My motor was no longer in production. In fact, it was older than the model this motor replaced. It was a different size, required a different fan, and the bracket had to be modified. All of this was pretty confusing until I found the instructions sandwiched between the package cardboard. Then all went well. Works perfectly."
The replacement motor worked great. We now have a functioning vent. The template is temporary, it just guides you as to where to drill the holes for mounting the new motor. Then you remove it.
After I got the new motor installed the fan blade went on with ease. I checked all my wire connections and turned it on and it worked better then the old motor. So I put it all back up in the hood and tryed it again and it was drawing the air out the vent very well.
The fan was the right size, but the center of the fan had a small round hole for mounting and the vent hood that I have has a D shape connection, so now I need to either order another fan or find a way to make this one work.
The fan was as described. It fit the new motor design as stated. It also fit the shroud of the old range hood which is necessary for proper operation of the fan. I wired it up, installed it in the camper and it worked fine Thanks.

Once motor was installed, it then only took 30 second to push on fan. Could not ask for an easier install on a trailer.
You may want to suggest that the replacement motor manufacturer drill a hole thru the attachment plate so that it can be used. I will drill it myself but others may lack the necessary tools. And I ordered a direct replacement part, not one to alter to use.
works good but had to make my own adapter bracket to make it fit because the motor is a different size.

The fan worked great with the new motor that I had to replace in my range hood in my RV.
Installed and preforms perfect. I was glad they suggested replacing the fan blade when replacing the motor. the old fan would not have fit the shaft correctly.
I should have looked closer at picture. The hole was way to small for the motor I ordered.
Works as designed. I would have appreciated a few installations notes, but I figured it out.
