Replaces a lost or damaged fan blade on the 12-volt fan in your Ventline Vanair RV roof vent for motor homes and enclosed trailers.
Features:
This fan blade won't fit older, obsolete motors. If your Ventline roof vent has an older motor, it will have to be replaced along with the fan blade. To determine whether you have an old or new motor, measure the length of the motor from end to end (excluding shafts and mounting hardware, measuring just the case.) If the motor measures 2", it is an older motor and should be replaced with the fan blade. A new motor measures 1-1/2" in length.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a real quick look at this Ventline Replacement Fan Blade. This is going to replace a lost or damaged fan blade on your 12 volt fan in your Ventline Vanair RV Roof Vent for motor homes and enclosed trailers. Now this is going to work with Ventline Vanair Roof Vent models VP-543 or VP542. And as you can see, I have those numbers there for you on your screen along with the diagram of where this fan blade gets placed. And this fan blade won't fit older obsolete motors. So if your Ventline roof vent has an older motor it will have to be replaced along with the fan blade.
To determine whether you have an old or new motor, you wanna measure the length of the motor from end to end excluding the shafts and mounting hardware, measuring just the case. If the motor measures two inches, it's an older motor and should be replaced with the fan blade. The new motor measures one and a half inches in length. Now speaking of measurements, let me retrieve my ruler here and give you the diameter. So as you can see, the diameter of this blade, we are sitting right at five and 3/8 inches.
So if you are needing to replace a fan blade on your Ventline Vanair RV Roof Vents for motor homes and enclosed trailers, this is going to be what you need. Well, that's going to conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Replaces a lost or damaged fan blade on the 12-volt fan in your Ventline Vanair RV roof vent for motor homes and enclosed trailers. The replacement fan blade fits perfectly and the fan now runs as it should. My only complaint is that the price seemed too high for a fan blade. Other stores offering lower prices were currently out-of-stock; and we were concerned that the item could be discontinued if we waited to purchase it from a cheaper vendor.
This was the correct replacement part for our Winnebago Revel bathroom fan. It is of great quality and it arrived quickly.
Fits bath fan in my 2014 Airstream Inte rstate.
Very pleased to be able to find the exact parts needed to repair my RV bathroom Ventline fan. Easy to order and fast delivery. Thanks!
The old part got hung up on a loose piece of weather stripping. The friction melted the mount to the motor shaft. Since etrailer had the fan I was able to get the fan delivered to my house for less than $20. The fan is under warrantee and I could get it fixed for free...……...except I'd have to bring it in to the dealer. That trip takes hours and more than $100 in fuel. This is so much better and only takes 30 minutes to drag tools/ladder out fix it and put everything away.
A year ago my Casita trailer suffered a hailstorm with tennis ball sized hailstones. While the body is impervious to all that, the plastic fixtures on the outside were shattered. I ordered a number of replacement items from etrailer. I was very happy that etrailer had the parts in stock and sent them immediately. My Casita is fully repaired now.

Wonderful!
Easy install with a replacement motor. Glad I did this myself.
Initially, the fans I ordered were not available immediately. But George was able to find them and get them to on the date I had requested them. Now I have a working fan in my trailer head for our upcoming trip. Installation was easy. Well done! THANKS!

Still working well. Second one is in storage for the next time. Thanks for the followup. It is nice to know people still care about their customers. You are at the top of that list.
Very easy job to replace fan blade, but must be done from above. Original one just crumbled into little pieces. This replacement seems to be made from a much more durable material.

Still PERFECT. Used often, with no complaints. I wish ALL the parts in my RV were this well made.
There are actually three versions of this fan blade. I was able to make this one work with a little barbering with a needle file. UV light filtering through the dome turns the blade to power after about ten years. Painting the dome will slow this UV aging down. Good to know that Ventline makes parts available for so many years.
The original has a flat side on the motor shaft. This replacement has a small hole in the center that i had to drill out so that the unit would slide onto the shaft with a tight fit. worked perfectly.

Great replacement bath fan, easy instal lation!
Product/vent fan blade replacement for Airstream Interstate was as
advertised, came promptly....quite pleased and would do business with
etrailer again....Thumbs up
Ordered a couple of things from Canada and all worked out even got an email after it was delivered asking if all was ok. Good customer service. Nice.
my order came fast, was exactly right, and the prices were super! I will defifnitely put etraiiler on my list of prefered vendors for parts and accessories for our RV. thanks etrailer!!
Works as it should. Quick shipping it's all good.
I just received my order , and I have to say. Perfect, yes perfect in so many ways. First , you were very helpful in placing my order. Helping me find what I was looking for. Then you had everything I needed to fix my problem. And at a very reasonable price. I thought it was going to be a joke when you said I should receive. It was no joke. I have it all in my hands. I can not thank you enough.
Actually, the hole in the center does not fit my motor pin. It is supposed to have a half-round hole but the ones you ship to me has a small round hole. So I have to drill it larger and hammer it down. Honestly I don't know if it will work or break soon.
The fan arrived in great shape, highly recommended for those that have airstream interstate with broken bathroom ceiling fans
Thanks to etrailer, I was made aware that I also needed to replace the old motor (1991) along with the fan due to a design change, saving me time and money. Both items arrived very fast, and the personal emails after the order was placed, and the day it was to arrive was a pleasant surprise for such a small order. Here Here for Etrailer. Thanks - Andy
This blade fit well into the old enclosure for the broken blade it replaced. Still working a year later as far as I know.
Part was an exact replacement and very easy to install. Execellent quality and should last for many years.
Got the bath vent in my RV working again in no time!

Still working great. I think we loggeg about 119 nights in the trailer last year. At least half with this fan removing moisture and other bathroom gasses.
