Video Transcript for Review of Voyager RV Backup Camera System Parts - Extention Cable 10 ft - VGR94FR

Ellen: Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at And we're going to take a really quick look at the Voyager Extension Cable. This gives you a bit more length to run your camera on your RV or any other vehicle that you want to attach it to. So if you come up a little bit short, this is going to give you an additional 10 feet of cable length to get everything connected. So let's take a closer look to make sure that this is the right cable for. You can see our ends here, these match into each other. So again, it's just going to be that extension for your existing Voyager camera and cable.

So if I put these end together it would match like this. There's a little locking tab to make sure that sits nice and securely. It is going to give you a pretty nice connection. So you won't have to worry about any dirt, grime or moisture getting in there and causing any issues. To disconnect you just push down on that little tab and that will release the cable. So again, our ends should look like that, as far as what you're trying to match to.

And this does, again, give you 10 feet of length to work with. That's pretty much it for our quick look at the Voyager Camera Extension Cable. I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is the right part for you. We do have a lot of parts and accessories here at for your backup cameras, RVs and more. So definitely check them out.

Thanks for watching.

There is a cable available, but the shortest extension cable Voyager offers for the VOM718 monitor is part # VGR94FR which is 10 feet long.

  • Recommended Replacement Camera For An Older Voyager VCCYL35 Camera
The VCCYL35 camera stopped being produced since around 2014, and since then the numerous replacement cameras have also come and go. With that being said, the Voyager RV Side Camera w/ Night Vision # VCMS50RGP is not a direct replacement for your older VCCYL35 camera. Your best bet is to upgrade both your left side # VCMS50LGP & right side # VCMS50RGP cameras as well as your monitor with the Voyager RV LCD Observation Monitor # VO34FR. I know this isn't an ideal situation, but with your...

  • Can Side View Cameras Be Added To a Class C Winnebago On a Mercedes Chassis?
We do carry Passenger # VCMS12RGPR and Driver # VCMS12LGPR side cameras from Voyager which is the more commonly used systems on RV's like your Winnebago. These would connect to a Camera System # VOM719WP using an Extension # VGR94FR for each camera. If you can provide me with any more information about your rear camera and the input into either a dash stereo or separate monitor I can help determine what all parts you may need.

  • Compatible Voyager RV Camera For A Jensen VR187 RV Stereo System
Yes, the Voyager RV Backup Camera w/ Night Vision # VGR84VR would be a compatible option for your Jensen VR187 RV Stereo. I found the user manual online with a diagram showing the rear and side marker camera hookups. If the rear camera wiring you have in the back of your motorhome doesn't have the female style connector for this then you would have to run an extension line yourself all the way to the stereo. We have a few different lengths depending on your needs: 10' # VGR94FR 15' # CEC15 25'...

  • Recommended Camera System With Side Cameras On A 2006 Winnebago Voyage
I may have a solution for you, but with the VOM-73SN production being stopped a while back, I will not have a direct replacement, unfortunately. With that being said, I did manage to piece some parts together that should get you exactly what you need. First, the Voyager RV LCD Observation Monitor # VO34FR has a 7" screen and will accept up to 3 sources, which is what you will have when using side and rear cameras. This also measures 7-5/8" wide x 5-1/4" tall x 1-1/8" deep. From here,...

  • Recommended Hardwired RV Camera System For A 42' 5th Wheel Trailer
Hey Kevin, The wired systems we currently offer come with standard straight cables and would require you to purchase additional extensions in order to cover a 42' trailer and then the length of the vehicle. I personally prefer wireless systems like the Furrion Vision S # FOS05TASF because they are so easy to install versus having to run wiring through the trailer walls. If you're dead set on using a wired system then I'd go with the Voyager RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # VOM43HDCL1B....
