7" Backup camera monitor displays clear, high-quality video for up to 3 cameras (sold separately).Perfect replacement for the AOM713 that died after 10 years. The fit was flawless for my 2012 Newmar Ventana 3433. Even the mounting holes lined up. Minimal menu setup for sound volume etc. Otherwise it worked like the factory installed unit as soon as it was plugged in. No wiring changes needed. Plug and play.
Part I ordered weren't the right parts. The monitor was too big. The turn shaft the microwave was to big had to splice the wiring on the monitor and jury rig it to the mount.
Kimberly did an absolutely outstanding job in researching products trying to figure out how to help me. After quite a length of time with me on the phone during my initial call and no resolution of which particular product to buy to fix the radio / camera problem in my motorhome, Kimberly said she would talk to some of the other people at etrailer and call a couple manufactures and get back in a few hours. I appreciated her diligence on the matter, but in all honesty I didn't think I would ever hear from her again.
To my amazement, Kimberly did call back a few hours later with a product recommendation. Kimberly told me she had spoken with several people, including a factory rep. for ASA Electronics who were the manufactures of my original unit (JVR-122T, now discontinued). The rep. had assured Kimberly that the unit he was recommending would be a 'plug-an-play' direct replacement for my old unit. I told Kimberly I was highly skeptical and that was not what my research had showed. But, I felt bad she had done so much work on my problem, and she sounded so young and was obviously trying very hard, which I appreciated. So THANK-YOU Kimberly, five stars for your efforts!
And of course, from etrailer the unit came super fast with Fed-Ex, and was competitively priced. Unfortunately it was no where near a 'plug-an-play' direct replacement. I spent several hours on it and the next day took my motorhome and the camera unit to a local (70 miles away) shop to get it installed since my wife and I had already delayed our trip 3 days. The shop took my dash apart to access everything, not thrilled with that, installed unit and I shot home to load the last few things and left early the next morning on our trip. Yup, we weren't an hour into the trip and the camera monitor, which actually had a pretty good picture stopped working! I stopped tried a few things, started down the road again and then it completely stopped working. If I could find the spot on the Highway where I ripped it off my dash and threw it out the window I would go back and find it so I could return it to etrailer. My wife got a very big laugh out of the whole episode.
None of this is on Kimberly, She really did do a great job for her company! It's all on me, I'm an old man and I should know better.

Replaced the original monitor AOM713 with this unit in my 2012 Newmar Ventana motorhome. It was super-easy, perfect fit, plug-n-play. It took less than 20 minutes and I'm slow when I'm not sure what I'm doing! I couldn't be more delighted!
OMG. Adam was right. This monitor perfectly replaces the monitor that I had in my 08 H Winnebago view. Adam was so great looking things up for me and making sure I had all of the information I needed even if I needed to return it. ( which I did not). The old bracket fits on the back of the new monitor and I only had to plug in one wire and it’s done. It’s perfect. Adam helped with my fears about the new unit and even left me a phone number to get I contact with him if I needed help. It arrived in a very timely manner. Thanks Adam. Oh and you can add up to three campers with this monitor

This product is still working perfectly. I am very glad I purchased it and that Adam walked me through it and calmed any fears I might have had about it
It was easy to look up the product. If you had any problems, there was a representative online to assist me or in my case making sure that the product that I ordered was the right fit for my RV. etrailer made sure that your product was packaged by identifying the employee who did it and the same when it was shipped out of their facility. I would definitely use them again.
The item I ordered was processed and delivered promptly. The product was exactly what I needed and easy to install.
My Voyager 711 monitor went out on our RV. I was able to do some troubleshooting, but not to my satisfaction. Trevor assisted me in finding a plug and play monitor and discussed my options for testing the new unit. The new monitor was indeed a plug and play replacement and is working perfectly!

Monitor worked great as a replacement for the voyager AOM-711 that was on my 08 Winnebago View 24j. Provides a beautiful color image. My existing bracket fit right to the back of the new monitor.

The size of the monitor was a critical reason why I ordered from your company. It was to replace an existing monitor. My old monitor was exactly the same size as you advertised. The old monitor had straight sides and fit the rectangular hole perfectly The monitor you shipped is slightly smaller and is only close to your measurements if measuring from the corners. If you measure from the middle and not from the corners it is considerably smaller. Therefore it does not fit the hole and falls through. I will have to figure out a way to modify the hole in order for it to work.
The monitor appears to be functioning well.
Bright and clear, a great replacement for the AOM-701 or AOM-711, with the same video hookups and wiring harness. Looks far more durable and modern than these older models.
I have made a few purchases from E Trailer in the past but recently I was going right by and stopped in to buy something. The young fellow named Robert was extremely helpful and the product was delivered very quickly. A few days ago I had occasion to buy another item and when I called in Robert remembered me right away. I explained about needing to have the item fairly quickly and he assured me he would make sure it got shipped promptly. Within hours I got a message saying my item was on it's way. It arrived way before I needed it and Robert promptly advised me it had arrived at my daughter'shouse before she even advised me. Great service from this business.
