Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we'll be taking a look at the replacement pitch adjustment bolts for your Yakima Towers here at etrailer. For your Yakima Towers, like the TimberLine, SkyLine, SightLine, RidgeLine Towers, there is a bolt at the end which used to adjust the pitch of your bar. Now, whether you lose those bolts or you cross thread them, or you just need to replace them, you can find your replacement part right here at you trailer. I do recommend getting the set of four so that all of them can be replaced at the same time. The replacement process is very simple. Get your Yakima tool and completely loosen that bolt.

There will be a lot of thread to it, so be patient and keep going until you can pop it out. Now, be careful as you do so, and just make sure that your bolt for your crossbar stays in place. Now, once you take the old bolt out, you can then put the new one in, and holding onto your crossbar bolt, you can line that up. This is easiest done with the tower held up so that gravity can help you out. But just tighten that down until it's threaded onto the nut inside of the tower.

And that's it. You're able to replace your bolt. And go ahead and do that for all four towers.
