    The Yakima LongArm, part # Y01149 has a lot of range to it, and can be adjusted to several different positions right out of the box. For use as a roof rack extender, you can add the Extension Kit, part # Y01150 to make the bar much longer, and add further height options to it. The extension kit includes straps for better stability of the roof extender, and adds about 13 inches to the assembly overall.

    It depends on how you're installing it! I installed two versions of the Yakima Overhaul HD on a 2021 Toyota Tacoma with a 5' bed. The OverHaul HD is always my favorite recommendation since it's a super solid ladder rack that looks and works perfectly on the Tacoma.
