Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Yakima extension. This is going to help extend the length of your Yakima Skinnywarrior Roof cargo basket and this will fit with model number that you see on the screen there. So because this is a direct Yakima product designed specifically for your skinny roof and you can trust this is gonna be a great fit. It's gonna fit right in between the front and rear piece of your cargo basket and add about 16 inches of length so that you can fit more in your cargo basket giving you a much more storage area. So again, about 16 inches long, just like the rest of your Skinnywarrior roof cargo basket it's gonna be about six and a half inches tall and 23 inches wide.

This is constructed of a durable steel just like your original has the same powder coat to resist rust and corrosion. It's gonna integrate really well with the rest of your basket, and so it's not gonna look like it's pieced together or anything like that. It's just gonna give you that extra room that you need. Very simple to get installed. They include the hardware that you're gonna need to piece it all together, as well as some instructions.
