Keys (2 different ones) worked fine. One was for my son's roof bike rack; the other was for mine.
Ordered multiple keys for lock cores that came with used yakima racks, ordered the master remover key too, since one of the cores (thankfully) was not locked, I was able to pull that core, order the key, then have keys for the rack :)
It was the right key and works just like a key should! etrailer provided excellent customer service and shipping time, even followed up 1 year later! BTW, they were the cheapest price I could find on the keys and cores for my Yakima bike rack.
Needed new keys for my Yakima roof rack. Etrailer had lower shipping costs than every other store I checked. My items shipped quickly and were exactly what I needed.
I have had trouble getting local hardware stores to duplicate my Yakima keys since they don't carry the correct blanks.

The key arrived quickly! The key opens the lock. Not a whole lot to say. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the cut of the key. There were 2 cuts at the end of the key that were missing. That said, the key worked anyway.
