Although the price seems a little high, it is less than going to the company that originally uses them for their cross bars and towers. Etrailer proved that they are a trustworthy and I would order from them again. I had to call customer service and they were helpful and professional. It seems to be a very good company.

This was great! Didn't want to buy new towers just because the pads were worn. These were just the replacements i needed!
These were exactly what I needed. The original equipment pads got soft and sticky after a few years, and made my Yak Rack unusable. The price was more than reasonable, compared to other sellers.
I've used e-trailer for other products in the past, and have always found them to be very responsive and easy to deal with.

The pads are an exact match to the originals which over the years melted in the sun and left greasy streaks on the car roof. These fit the base perfectly, appear to be made of similar grade flexible material that will not leave marks on the finish. I am very satisfied with this product and etrailer's excellent customer service.

The Yakima parts fist fine and are easy to install. This is the second time I have ordered from etrailer. Both times I was very impressed with the ease of ordering and the customer service when I called. I will definitely use your service in the future.

Everything was as expected. Order and delivery were processed quickly. Pads fit my Yakima Q-Towers like gloves. My old silicone pads purchased in 2005 with the Q-Towers had since literally disintegrated - probably all the car washes.
No issues. Everything seems fine.
Used etrailer app to determine the correct pad to order and ordered them.These are pads that go on the bottom of Yakima Q-Towers. The original clear pads had turned to mush due to sun exposure after about 10 years and 3 vehicles. I was concerned about getting the correct pads but etrailer eased those.
A hard to find, out of production item, etrailer couldn't have been easier to deal with. Order straightforward and arrived sooner than expected. Price was less than I recall paying last time, too - unexpected for a discontinued item. Haven't used it yet but it will replace the flattened, nearly spent roll of duct tape that I used on my last trip when I discovered the pad was missing!

I got these to replace the original foot pads I lost. Fits perfect and I'm able to use my Yakima rails again.
