Bought these so we could use two of our Hullraisers on my wife’s 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. Easy to assemble and works great. Plus, we have a spare set of longer bolts left over. Now we have separate drop-off and pickup vehicles that each hold two kayaks.
Not much to review here - pretty straightforward product - useful if you have old Hullraiser racks that you have to refit to a new crossbar type (in my case I took old round bar clips off and chanced to whispbar-compatible clips). This requires taking the top surface off of the Hullraisers which damages plastic press-fit plugs, these replacement plugs re-attach the top part securely. If you are like me, you will discover you need these after you purchase whatever Hullraiser conversion stuff you buy - it is not made clear on the various Hullraiser conversion hardware item descriptions that you are going to need these plugs.
When removing the rubber pad from the hullraiser to convert it to Aero Bars, it’s likely you will damage the single use friction fit plugs. This kit provides enough replacement plugs for two (2) hullraisers. Thanks etrailer!
