What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out this replacement foot for your Ram Electric jack. This foot plate is gonna be a direct replacement for the one that came with your electric jack. So it's gonna be the same size. It's gonna be five and a half inches in diameter. So it's gonna have a zinc coating so don't worry about rust or corrosion.
The foot plate is gonna be good for that gravel or dirt or soft ground so it doesn't sink down into it. It's gonna get a good footprint to keep your trailer up and out of that. How hard is it to install It's not that bad. Check out how I did it. It's gonna be pretty simple to install our foot plate.
We're missing one on this jack right now. So we're just gonna slide it up into position. Make sure you match the groove with the groove in the bottom of the jack and let's find out where you wanna place it. So we're gonna use the third hole up and I'll put our pin and clip back in. Doesn't come with the pin clips so you'll have to get that separately.
Now the foot plate's replaced, we can lower the jack. With the foot replaced, the jack's good to go. I really like that this Ram jack has so many options of replacement parts for it so that if something breaks, I don't have to buy a whole new electric jack and install that. Lost the foot plate or it broke Just replace with another one. Same with the casing up top, and even the switches on the front can be replaced.
So I know I can use this same setup for a very long time. I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out, and hope this helps..

Fits perfectly- just as well built as the one that fell off along the Alcan. I now use a lag bolt, lock washer, and wing nut in place of the flimsy snap/coupler/clip that came with the jack.
Can't tell you how many trailer jack feet we saw along the Alcan and Alaskan highways- and couldnt find one in either Anchorage or Fairbanks to fit.
I like this, as it's a few inches longer than the one that came with our camper. Durable & sturdy.
Great price. Excellent quality.

The product is what I expected and was delivered early. However my complaint is that the snapper pin did NOT come with it nor did etrailer mention the pin was sold separately or even suggested these are often bought together. I had assumed the pin would come with the foot as you need them both.
So now I'm unhappy that I have to pay an extra $[XX] in shipping if I decide to order the pin from etrailer. The pin is $[XX] and the shipping is $[XX]!
We are very pleased with the product. It was delivered quickly and is exactly what we needed.
A perfect fit for my LCI power jack, and at a third of the price of an OEM replacement! Thank you!
The product was satisfactory and, as stated above, works as advertised. I gave it 3 stars basically because the weld between the round base plate and upright tube was not fully continuous all the way around the base. I’m sure that the weld, as-is, is more than adequate but in my opinion it could have been a neater job. However, no problem because the drop foot functions as it is supposed to.

Still BOLTED on and easy to remove when needed, not that I will be taking it up the ALCAN again.
