Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this replacement rod and nut. Now this is going to replace the threaded Acme rod and lift nut on your etrailer or Ram Square Jack Direct Weld Jacks with a 10,000 pound lift capacity and a 12,000 pound static capacity. This is designed for the TJD 12,000 series jacks. So you'll just have to remove the old one, obviously, and then place this new one in with all the bearings and other components installed.
You will have to reuse your old components, or you can pick up new ones here at etrailer.com. And I went ahead and took some measurements of this before our time together. The overall length from end to end is about 18 inches long. The diameter here is gonna be an inch. And the lift nut fits three and a half inch by three and a half inch square jack inner tubes.

Designed for TJD-12000 Series jacks.The jack screw nut on my Big TEX 14k trailer got stripped when it was bottomed out.This unit is a great replacement and arrived from eTrailer a day early. The unit arrived with the grease dish located on the bottom side of the nut, but it was easy to relocate so it matched the original unit and the advertised foto. I would certainly order from etrailer again.
My 2017 Big Tex 14k equipment trailer jack would not lift my trailer. I finally got tired of using a jack and took it apart after watching the rebuild video here on eTrailer.com. I then found my jack was stripped. I ordered this part, it fit perfect and fixed my trailer!

Correct lift nut to repair my Big Tex 14ET trailer jack, the bearing dust cover did not fit so I used the old one. Packaging could have been better.
The product will not work for our jack as the top shaft is too short (shorter than our original shaft on the top). The rod itself is the right size overall but where you put your bearing and spacer is not long enough for the bearings and spacer we have from the original. We are trying to find a thinner bearing that might work otherwise we will have to buy a whole new jack. (unfortunately the placard that was on the original jack is rub off so we don't know the exact brand that we have but it came off an older model 4 horse gooseneck trailer so no telling what model it is0.

Product was exactly what I ordered. I still had to open up the slotted holes on the mounting plate by grinding the slotted holes a bit in order for the plate to fit over the mounting bolts.
The part was exactly what was needed to repair my trailer jack. The online video gave me the instructions and confidence to perform the repair. The Missouri-based customer service agent was helpful. Thank you - just wish my other repair adventures had such a happy ending.
Product was great and very good quality, box it was shipped in was not.
Replacement rod was sticking out of both sides of the square box.
Product was long and narrow. Not the box it should be shipped in.
It works but looks slightly different the picture. No stop on bottom. Threads are just smashed so you can’t go to far
It was easy to remove & replace watched the video just to make sure I did everything right. Received the part a little late, but that was due to weather. Overall Excellent service and understanding when ordering part!

Working great!
The tech support was very good! Only problem I ran into was the 4 corner notches that fit over the 4 bolts had to be ground out bigger.
They were so tight I tried to hammer it down to fit but quickly realized grinding was the only way.

The leadscrew stripped out on my Delco 14k 20' trailer, and I really didn't want to cut the 10k jack off and weld on a new one. The label on the jack had white letters PRO with blue around them, and it looked a lot like the jack you sell:Checking through the product page and Q&A for this leadscrew the measurements looked right. It was an exact replacement and not too bad to replace. Hope this helps if someone else has a Delco trailer with a similar jack.

Easy replacement
This replacement appears to be upgraded from the RAM original that it replaces on my trailer the original stripped out the 4 pins that the screw rode on ,imagine that 10,000 # on 4 pins, this replacement actually looks to have several threads it rides on. I would have rated at 5 stars but I had to wait over 2 months to get it. I was so glad to see a new design
