This coupler features a simple-to-use latching mechanism known as the eZ-Latch. With this mechanism, hooking up is as easy as dropping the coupler over your trailer hitch ball. The latch does not need to be tugged or manually activated to allow the ball into the coupler socket, nor does it have to be secured in place. Just make sure that the coupler is properly lined up with the ball when you lower it, and the rest is automatic.

I decided I wanted to renew my Dad's old trailer. Starting with a trailer coupler upgrade to the adjustable "eZ-Latch". Nice heavy duty coupler. Used in highway construction. If you want to keep your trailer attached, do not use a cheap coupler.
Nice piece, very well made. Its just as advertised and simple to latch the coupler onto the ball. My trailer came with a pintle hitch and I hated the slop, this is tight, quiet and rated for 10K.

Wow fast fast turn around and exactly what we needed!! Hooking up to new coupler is so easy. Doesn't matter if it has dropped or not it still locks on. Great coupler doubt I will ever have any trouble with it
