Camera Operator Right. Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Demco eZ-Latch adjustable channel mount trailer coupler for a two-inch hitch ball. Has a 10,000 pound capacity with a black powder coat finish. Now this ball coupler'll let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle, right here, it provides the connection point for a two-inch diameter hitch ball. And this does use an eZ-Latch mechanism, has a nice corrosion-proof composite latch handle which ensures a simple secure hookup and disconnect.

And just to demonstrate that, happened to pull, here's a two-inch diameter hitch ball that this would fit on. And you can see, all you have to do is hook up, or to hook up, just drop this over the ball, push it down, hooks up, and you're all ready to go. Just like that. To release it, lift up on the eZ-Latch, remove it from the ball, and you're ready to go. So it's very easy, simple hookup.

Don't even have to mess with the handle when you go to hook up. The only time is when you need to remove it. Now this eZ-Latch coupler will also feature this hole right here that goes all the way through. And this is for inserting a coupler lock through that hole. That'll keep the latch from lifting and preventing a disconnect and theft.

That couplers locks, we do sell separately on our website. We do usually list them on this product page as a related product. You do wanna make sure to get a coupler lock that'll fit a diameter of 5/16 hole here. And the minimum span, which is the width here, is 2 3/4 inches. Now this does install into an adjustable channel mount and that'll let you change the coupler's height depending on your application.

You can see the two holes here that the bolts would go through. You put this into your channel mount, put your bolts through there and just put it at what height you need and then put the bolts through and tighten them down. Now the channel bracket this goes in and the mounting hardware we mentioned, those items are not included. We do sell those separately on our website. This this part is a sturdy steel construction. You can see it has a nice black powder coat finish over it, gives you excellent corrosion resistance. Does meet a 500 hour salt spray rating, so it is great for marine applications. It is made in the U.S.A. Again, the specs, this will fit a three-inch-wide channel bracket. The ball size it fits on is two-inch diameter and the weight capacity is 10,000 pounds.
