Bought this for a 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 to haul a 42' 5th wheel camper. Same engine and axles as the 3500 without the leaf springs, twice the ride when not hauling a load! I run a pressure of 60 while hauling to take the sag and bounce out of the ride, with the "red" bags, everything still works great with no air leaks.
Hardest part of the install was not twisting the self-tapping frame mount motor screws off and figuring out the routing of the hoses.
Just installed this product on my 2020 ram looking forward to see how it goes pulling my fifth wheel around easy installment easy running the wires and hoses very good instructional videos on etrailer.com
What a great experience with etrailer they had exactly what I needed and it shipped quickly and arrived before expected all at a great price! I called my order in and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t installed it yet but will be soon.
This unit is a good option but I’ve never been able to track down a troublesome air leak that slowly releases the compressed air over fifteen minutes. It’s a very annoying problem. Beyond that the unit was relatively easy to install although I made some specific upgrades to mount the compressor in a manner that leaves the fuel and brake lines in there original position so they didn’t need to be twisted up and out of the way. I used a 4” c-channel to firmly attach and mount the compressor over the undisturbed lines. Works great with less risk. I wish I could find the micro air leak and fix it but am at a loss as to how I might do that. I’d gladly try to spray some kind of stop leak into the air lines if I didn’t think it might screw the whole system up. In the end I’m not sure I would install this system if I had to do it all over again. I may ultimately remove it and reinstall the original rubber stops on the fra I’m since I no longer have my RV trailer anyway.
I called etrailer to get assistance ordering air bags. Steve was very helpful helping me figure out which system would work the best for my application. I received all my parts very quickly as well.

Installation was not too bad but the air intake into the airbags would be better if they were at a right angle. Trying to get the airline around the muffler was a challenge. Understanding that the truck should not be jacked up (since the suspension would fall) would have been nice to know before starting the install.
Not hard to install and easy to use. I would recommend ordering a tube cutter and a few couplers and angled connections for easier installation.

Still working perfect after a year of tough use.
Excellent system. Easy installation and works as designed. So glad I purchased this system. I installed an on board air pump and gauge and I am able to easily adjust the amount of air pressure in the air bags. Levels out my truck perfectly when towing my 40’ did the wheel.
When I purchased my items from etrailer.com, one of the items was on a backorder from the manufacturer, etrailer.com contacted me immediately to inform me of the issue, they kept in constant contact with me and the manufacturer until my order reached my door. When I recieved my parts they were just what I had ordered and in perfect conditon. "You just cannot find customer service like that anymore, and that is what will bring me back to etrailer again!" Thank you.
All I can say is GREAT price, shipping, the video to install on you tube. Works great on my 35' Montana 5th wheel and 30' flat deck. just watched the 2016 f350 dually video three times then watched and stopped it to do the total install, bags and hvy duty single pump. If there are any question if you can complete at home I say yes you can! If you have the few tools that you need. only thing you need to watch out for is the 2 scenes that show the install of two T fittings (only need one) don't make the cut where it show to on the one by the fuel lines you don't need this one use the T fitting cut by axle (driver side air bag)
Installation was very easy I did everything in my driveway with basic tools my households have. Also installed the 7500 helper bags. Entire project took about 4 to complete. I had a buddy make make a bracket for added protection Highly recommended.
I added this a year after I added the Ride Rites. It's an easy install and works great. Much better than using an external compressor and air chuck.

Perfect condition. .no missing parts and clear directions...I am a mechanic by trade and it took my 11 year old and me about 3 hours for a clean install thanks etrailer !
VERY GOOD PRODUCT. HAD TO DO SOME MODIFICATIONS TO THE FRAME NUT OT FIT MY 2013 F250, OTHER THAN THAT NO PROBLEMS. WOULD NOT SUGGEST DOING IT WITHOUT A LIFT. THE TRUCK IS TO HIGH LAYING ON YOUR BACK AND LOW TO SIT UP. MADE INSTALLING IT A LITTLE DIFFICULT.

You mentioned that you wanted to find the micro leak and I wanted to ask if you had tried the soapy water technique? Where you would spray soapy water onto the lines -being careful of course- and see where bubbles form.
