The aFe Pro Dry S air filter offers a great balance of protection, performance and convenience. Designed for gas and diesel street vehicles, it performs well in paved-road and semi-dusty driving conditions. Composed of 100-percent polyurethane on all sides, the filter withstands high engine temperatures.
Two layers of randomly porous, synthetic fabric lie between two layers of progressively finer, medical-grade cotton gauze to block 99.2 percent of dirt and grime from clogging your engine. All four layers are dry and oil free, making it easy to service the filter. These materials provide a high-performance airflow and extended service intervals. This aFe air filter is washable and reusable; cleaning is recommended once every 25,000 to 30,000 miles.
Note: Upgrading your stock air filter to a performance filter does not change the stock intake tract or emissions output of your exhaust system. Therefore, performance air filters - like this product from aFe - are considered street legal and compliant with emission standards in all states and in Canada.

Fit great better air flow than standard air filter. Only down side is it's a smaller filter with wider rubber sides could of made filter larger with thinner rubber sides and got better air flow.

Filter seemed good. However I recieved it and didn't have a chance to install it right away so by the time I went to install it wasn't the right filter even though this is the one that it said belongs to my car. Called customer care less than a week past the 30 day return but explained it wasn't my fault. They said I could return it but would have to pay the $20 something shipping. So was gonna be a loss on my part. I can understand that I was passed the 30 days but exceptions can be made when the company is at fault and I order lots of products. Just good business practice.

Already have 26k miles on this filter and only had to clean it once due to living in a high dust area. I would recommend this over an oiled filter due to possible oil getting on the MAF sensor, which has happened to me. Very easy to clean and a tighter seal than OEM filters. Great Product!

So far not impressed. The product is supposed to be a stock replacement - however, the moment I installed it - it caused the check engine light to come on. Have emailed Afe to see what the fix is or why - no response yet after 72 hours.

Fit is tight, almost to tight. It is thicker than my K&N and performs better, you can hear more air coming thru. Yay! no more oil in the throttle body! Forgot, it needs special cleaner.

Drops right in, about 5 mins you'll be ready for better mpg and maybe a little more hp but nothing you can actually feel.
