Features:
Low air pressure is the leading cause of air spring failure. To avoid this, you must either regularly monitor your air springs or find a device that will do that for you. Air Lift's Load Controller does just that. If the air pressure in your air springs falls below the minimum safe level of 5 psi, the system's low-pressure sensor detects the decrease in air pressure. Then the compressor activates automatically to adjust pressure as needed. If your particular application requires you to maintain a minimum of 10 psi in your air springs, you can also set the system to activate when the air pressure is below 10 psi.
Load Controller comes equipped with a sleek-looking, compact gauge that provides detailed monitoring of your air pressure. The space-saving gauge can be mounted in whichever way works best for you. Just attach it to your dash using the included mounting pod. Or for a from-the-factory look, install the gauge using any custom pillar or dash pod (not included) with a 2-1/8 inch pre-cut hole.
Built into the face of this gauge is a one-touch, push-button control that allows you to inflate or deflate your air springs while monitoring their psi.
Load Controller is made to help support your air springs as they take on heavy loads. The single-path controller lets you adjust one pair of air springs so you can maintain equal air pressure in both springs for simple front-to-back leveling. This compressor is great for heavy-duty and commercial air spring applications.
Load Controller will help to keep your vehicle at normal ride height. You can find the normal ride height of your vehicle by unloading it and measuring the distance between the bottom edge of your wheel well and the center of the hub. After you find and record this distance, you can regulate the amount of air that you send to your air springs to maintain normal ride height - even when you are hauling a heavy load.

Great product I should have bought these years ago. Love being able to adjust from inside the truck. It has greatly improved my towing ride, as well as leveling the truck. The customer service was good, but I had to call the manufacturer to discuss a minor issue. They had excellent service and sent me a replacement part immediately. etrailer wanted the old defective part shipped back? I love my bags!
I was very satisfied with this air compressor system. I used it in conjunction with the 7500 XL airbags to support my fifth wheel RV. The compressor appears to be of exceptional quality, it was easy to install and came with everything I needed. I liked the idea of the remote air intake filter. One suggestion that would make to improve the function of the air compressor, would be to incorporate a time delay into the activation system. When operating the bags at minimum pressure, without the extra load, every time the vehicle hits a bump and the airbags expand, the compressor senses the decrease and pressure and applies more air. After a few bumps, the compressor has inflated the bags to a higher pressure than they would normally be in the empty state. This makes the vehicle ride a little bit rougher. The way I compensated for this, I installed an off-on switch on the compressor electric supply line. That way, when the compressor topped off the bags without a load, the pressure would stay stable and made for a better ride. Other than that, I am extremely happy with this compressor system in every way.
We are using it on a brush truck for fire fighting purposes, so it is being used under tough loaded conditions at all times. Never has failed.
Had Questions regarding an airlift kit for my truck and I received a quick response. Ordered it it, you had it in stock and expedited out quickly and just received it.
The wiring instructions could be better. Used on line video to confirm wire connections
great product and i feel a necessity for any air bag system. although it's nothing fancy as far a the gauge goes, it does allow constant monitoring of air bag pressure. i would also recommend going with the HD compressor as well as purchasing 15-25 more feet of air hose(very cheap) as what was included in the package was not quite enough. overall extremely satisfied with the product and would highly recommend to anyone using air bags to tow
Controller works perfectly and everything went together nicely.
I do recommend having spare mini fuses on hand and watch the video on how to install the control for what I mean as the current fuses you'll be tieing into won't work with the supplied splice prongs. (I know that's confusing watch the video on how to tie into the fuse panel to power the compressor and you'll understand). Other than that it was a breeze to do.
Just got done with the install and I am very happy with the complete system. The ride is a little firmer but very drivable for what I want this truck to do. I am very happy with the results.
Richard - 05/17/2021Installation was a little frustrating due to the vague instructions and the number of tee fittings involved. I would recommend vibration dampeners and more electrical connectors. The gage is a bit large and it's difficult to locate a place to mount it.
just had it installed and only used it once but so far am very happy with the product as far as well built easy to install and easy to use hope it lasts as long as the truck dose because i hate having to check my air bags manually all the time

Overall the system works very well. Installation was a breeze and everything needed was included. I like being able to adjust each spring individually and how easy the dual gauge is easy to read.
Unfortunately, my original dual gauge leaked air internally and I had to order a replacement because it would bleed off overnight. I went with a replacement that is the same as the original because I like how it functions better than the other options on the market. I hope that the new one does not begin leaking as well.

Very happy with the air springs. I put them on my wife's Chevy Silverado 1500 because she occasionally tows a goose neck Merhow 3-horse trailer with living quarters, and the weight is significant. Now she can hook up the trailer and just dial up the pressure until the ride height is level.
The installation was straight-forward, Instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and all the parts fit perfectly.

Excellent product! The instructions to DIY are self explanatory and easy to understand. You just have to have common sense and the want to. My passenger side air bag was leaking by and I messaged Air Lift's warranty department. Within two days they responded and sent out a new bag without any questions asked. As long as you have proof of purchase and explain your problem in depth and troubleshooting you should have no problems.

We purchased an AirLift to add to our 2015 Ford F-250 4X4 when we purchased a new (to us) Montana 3160 Legacy 5th wheel trailer. The air bag system helped with the rear droop that we were experiencing and helped level out our ride. While towing now, we are experiencing a much smoother ride. This package was well worth the investment.
