Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this ClearVU Custom Backup Camera Cleaner System. Now, have you ever put your vehicle in reverse only to realize that your backup camera's too dirty to see behind you This ClearVU Cleaning System will conveniently let you rinse off even the most stubborn road salt. This kit here is designed to fit many of the Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Ford trucks. It will include everything laid out here on the table. It includes the 25-feet of rubber tubing. Over here is a specific drill template to install the ClearVU sprayer for your vehicle. Right here is the J-sprayer, a T fitting right here, an inline on and off valve. You turn it for off, turn it for on.

And a one-way check valve right here, and it does give you some detailed instructions on how to install it. Basically, if you look at this card, there's two QR codes. You would just scan it. This says truck install. This says SUV or hatchback install.

So you just scan that with your phone. It'll give you the installation instructions. Now, the spray nozzle right here, this will clean your rear backup camera using your existing factory wiper controls. Basically, this will let you rinse off, mud, snow, dirt, and road salt from the driver's seat. Basically, you'll run this tubing along the frame and tap it into your factory wiper fluid reservoir, making sure that you're avoiding any moving parts, like A-arms or any hot components such as your exhaust.

Now, you won't need to do any wiring for installation, only minimal drilling is required. Basically to mount the spray nozzle, you'll drill a 5/16 hole on the tailgate latch using the included proper template and mounting hardware. Now, depending on your setup, you may need a center punch, a sharp razor blade or some side cutters. That one-way check valve we mentioned right here, this will help prevent leaking when it's not being used. These parts are ABS plastic and rubber construction. They will withstand the elements. The operating temperature for these parts is -45 degrees Fahrenheit, up to 257 degrees Fahrenheit, and these parts are made in the USA.
