Really heavy duty solid steel 2 inch square, really thick steel tongue and and tight fitting hole for the ball bolt so little chance of ball rattle or slipping. Nice smooth welding and finish.

Ball mount is awesome and super high quality and heavy duty over and above what I will need to tow my 7000 pound car trailer but I like it that way! Great job to everyone involved. Solid shaft, weighty, but expecting a long life from it. I'll have to hunt around for someone who has the right tool for getting [torque specs] on the ball, but shouldn't be a big problem. Package tracking was excellent and on time.

First, I appreciate William, and his customer relations skills. He's very pro customer! Many sales reps that I have dealt with don't have a clue of just how valuable a customer is.
The product itself is fine. However, it was abused during shipping, leaving dings on it. The shipping box arrived almost destroyed. The ball mount itself is good quality, heavy, and solid.

I see that your hitch has received some scratches on it due to shipping. This does tend to happen and when it does, we recommend using a Rust-oleum type paint to cover up any scratches and prevent corrosion in the future during use.
