Installation was simple, it keeps my battery at 100% and I'm glad that I purchased it.
I once forgot to unplug it before I drove away, so now I drape the extension cord
over the trailer hitch lock coupler to remind me.

Bright Way Battery Charger as described. Was delivered as stated. Instead of putting an additional hole in my trailer; have used industrial Velcro to place it inside to protect from weather, connected to battery, and can run a power cord right through the existing hole on back of trailer utility box.

There was a software issue where I was charged for multiple ship charges. I called and it was corrected on the billing. The item was delivered on time. The quality of the item is far superior compared to the oem part.

Works great and it's easy to use! Yes there are other, possibly cheaper charging options, but this makes life easy and saves time. I simply plug in an extension cord and then check the charge after a day or so and done.

Bought three of these over a year ago for our dump trailers (general contractor use.)
All three are installed inside the battery/hydraulic pump box and are out of the weather. ONE of the units has stopped displaying any information (ALL LEDS have quit working) ...this doesn't affect the charging, so in that sense it still works, but none of the lights light up, and the status button no longer works. For how much these cost, and the general type of use they are designed for, I would expect them to be more resilient/made better.
With all that said, I have recently ordered another one, and will continue to buy these in the future. Just be aware that the lights may go out on you in a short period of time/use.

It basically will always put out a 5 amp charge as long as it's hooked up. This is a relatively small charge though so it won't over charge.
