These heavy-duty tie-downs help you secure you boat's transom (stern) to your trailer. Ratchets make it easy to tighten the straps precisely and maintain tension. Polyester webbing and corrosion-resistant steel hardware. 2,500 lbs Max load.

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.
The transom (stern, or rear of your boat) provides important tie-down points for securing your boat to your trailer. These transom straps are intended to be part of a boat tie-down system, and they should always be used along with a bow strap and at least one gunwale strap, for safe trailering.
The gear-like ratcheting mechanisms on these transom straps let you provide just the right amount of tension needed to secure your boat's transom to your trailer, and each strap stays locked in place until you press its release lever.
To protect your boat's paint finish, the top S-hooks are coated with rubberized nylon and each ratchet buckle sits on a pad made from the same webbing used for the strap.

Sometimes my long boat does not want to fully seat into the winch post coming out of the water. This helps if I’m on a steep ramp. The only suggestion for future designs, is some kind of Velcro strap to secure the excess strap.
I replaced my old boat buckle with these and they seem well made but lack features of the old ones I replaced such as the The velcro strap to hold the extra strap and The thing that protects the hall where the strap goes against. I I had to put the ratchet on the bottom instead of the top Due to the fact it was too long
Work as advertised, would buy again.
I will order from etrailer in the future.
Product ordered was as expected and arrived in a timely manner.

Awesome, no suprises, works as expected. Both the boat trailer winch and heavy ratchet straps are awesome products
I had a great experience with the customer service team at etrailer - I dealt with two reps. I wasn't sure about which parts I'd need. They were quick and knowledgeable. Very refreshing in this age of offshoring to people who can barely speak english and know nothing about the products.
Highly recommend!
Substantial ratchet type tie downs. Work well!
quality product A+
Very good product. Replaced the inexpensive, quick buckle, transom straps that came with boat, with these heavy duty, ratchet type. Twice the working strength, heavier strap and hooks. Very well made. Peace of mind definately worth the cost.
Transom tie down straps that are long enough to work for our trailer. As usual, etrailer shipped quickly!
The ratchet boat tie downs work great and are still in service.
Awesome- havent used the straps yet- but will be utilized to secure the bow of my 8600lb boat to the trailer. These appear to be good quality construction straps
Fast shipping and great pricing would definitely order from etrailer again
product is exactly what I wanted at a fair price.
Seems well built should hold up for several years
Amazing quality !
Supplies were just as ordered and shipping was very fast.
