Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our tailor made Sur-Moor traditional mooring buoy, specifically 15 inch diameter. So folks, if you're not sure, a mooring buoy basically gets anchored into the water, and it gives you a nice attachment point where you can either anchor your boat or tie onto while you're snorkeling or scuba diving maybe, those kind of things. It's gonna provide a nice connection point for the mooring chain and the penant line. Now the traditional buoy design uses a galvanized center rod so it's not gonna corrode or rust through. The buoy can spin freely on here and vice versa.
The middle can spin while the buoy stays stationary. It is made of a highly dense polyurethane shell over a closed foam construction inside. So it's gonna float for years and years and years. And as I mentioned, the swivel can turn top and bottom. And this bottom one here, believe it or not, per the manufacturer, this is where, one, the anchor chain gets attached to, and the boat's mooring line should attach to, again, the bottom of the swivel here that's underwater.
And again, that's per the manufacturer. It's a 15 inch diameter and a circumference of 47 inches all the way around. That blue reflective tape is gonna be nice and easy to see at night and the daytime. And it's gonna give you a great visible while you're on the water. It can hold 60 pounds of buoyancy, and it has a nice three year warranty.
And again, that protective shell is UV resistant as well. So a nice option, folks. We do carry these in lots of other sizes as well, so if you need a different size, check them out here on etrailer.com. I'm Steven, thanks so much for your time. Thanks for watching.
Stay safe out there on the water.

It's hooked to a heavy chain and cement anchor and hasn't budged. We forgot to take our last one in for the winter and the ice took it. We will not let that happen again. Thank you for a great product.
