The Lippert ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock secures equipment

Whether you're at the campsite or the jobsite, the ToyLok keeps bikes, lawn chairs, fire pits, generators, power tools, small ATVs or UTVs, and more safely locked. It installs on your RV chassis; trailer frame; or other easily accessible, permanent structure.

Retractable Cable System

The Lippert ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock and 15-foot cable

The ToyLok's 15' retractable cable is made of braided steel, which is virtually impossible for bolt cutters to cut through. The PVC coating on the cable protects gear from scratches, and the stainless steel retention knob lets you connect the cable to the included padlock.

To use the ToyLok, simply pull the cable out of the nylon housing and thread it through any open spaces in your gear, such as wheels or handles. The built-in clutch lets the cable extend and retract smoothly without snapping. The clutch also lets you pull out only the length of cable that you need to secure your gear, so there won't be extra cable in your way.

Two Locking Options

The Lippert ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock with the cable locked to receptacleThe Lippert ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock with the cable secured to itself with the padlock

The ToyLok cable can be locked 2 different ways. The first is to thread the retention knob through the receptacle on the side of the ToyLok, and then secure it with the included padlock. The second is to secure the cable to itself using the padlock. To do this, insert the padlock through the hole in the retention knob and then lock it around the cable.

Bolt-On Installation

The ToyLok comes with 2 mounting bolts and 2 tamper-resistant breakaway nuts for installation on up to a 3/8" thick surface. After a breakaway nut is tightened, the hex portion breaks off leaving behind a cone cover on the bolt. This will prevent a thief from using a wrench to undo the fasteners. For applications with a surface thickness greater than 3/8", retain the breakaway nuts and purchase the appropriate-length bolts.

  • Measurements of ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock
I reached out to a representative of Lippert, the manufacturer, who told me the ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock # LC337120 measured approximately 7" wide x 9" high x 2.5" deep. This lock has a 15 foot cable which has a break strength of 8,000 lbs and comes with mounting hardware for easy installation.

It sounds like you have the ToyLok Retractable Cable Lock with Padlock # LC337120. We do not have replacement keys and if there are no numbers stamped on the key or lock, there is not really a way to know what the correct key option could be. But there are a couple potential options for getting more keys. • ToyLok Cable Lock Cable Will Not Retract and Rusty Dust Falls Out of the Case
There likely is some corrosion inside that is causing the ToyLok such as # LC337120 to not retract the cable back inside the case. The great thing about ToyLoks is that they are very secure. So secure that it is difficult to get into them without damaging something. Unless you have the right driver bit for the secure hardware holding the case on, I recommend replacing it. There are many different models available and I have included a link to them for you. You could also keep the mounting...

It is not designed to secure consumer electronic devices. Those types of locks are much smaller. We do not carry those types of cable locks.
