Overall they do that for which they were purchased (cable lock for X-Chocks). After about 3 months they would not operate (open or close easily, in fact stuck closed. A bit of lubrication of the locks and they were as good as when purchased.

Based on the etrailer website, I questioned the diameter of the cable and if it would fit the 0.25" opening. George was kind enough to take digital calipers into the warehouse and confirm the cable diameter. While he found an error in the website's description, he did give me the accurate diameter. I ordered the lock the same day and it fits perfectly.
The best part is George's example of extraordinary customer service. Not many companies have a staff member who goes to the lengths George goes to. etrailer is a perfect example of how to treat customers. I had never ordered from etrailer befire, but you can bet etrailer will be my first call fir future orders.

These locks are great and just as advertised. Getting locks that are keyed the same is worth a lot. No fumbling with keys trying to find the one that fits. etrailer's coustomer service is outstanding! I've bought numerous items from them and they are always a great help with information and resolving any issues.

I am using this lock to secure the front storage compartment on my boat. The cable on the lock is just long enough to lock three doors perfectly. Great product. Customer service also excellent!
