Note: These camper jacks are designed for lifting and lowering only, and should not be used to support your camper during storage.
Lifting your truck camper on and off your pickup truck is challenging and tedious if you don't have the right equipment. This set of reliable camper jacks helps you load and unload your camper with ease. The jacks bolt on permanently to each corner of your camper and provide support to handle even multi-slide campers, which can weigh more than a traditional in-bed camper.
HappiJac camper jacks are built to last with heavy-duty, 2" square tubing for superior strength and durability. The internal steel Acme screw allows for easy cranking with up to 36-1/2" of travel. And the self-lubricating, friction-reducing nut eliminates screw maintenance. The internal components are also easily accessible should the jack ever require service.
Zinc-plated inner and outer tubes resist rust and corrosion. A white powder coating on the outer tube provides additional protection against the elements, plus a nice, clean finish that complements your camper. The concave footpad reduces movement and provides greater stability than large, convex footpads.
Loading and unloading your camper with these jacks is simple. To begin, make sure you're on level ground. Choose the jack to start with and turn the locking lever so it faces down. This lever is designed to lock the jack in place until you're ready to raise or lower. Be sure that the locking levers of the remaining jacks are facing up to keep those jacks in place while you crank the first. Remove the debris cover from the crank socket and, using a crank handle (sold separately), turn counterclockwise to extend or clockwise to retract the jack. Reset the locking lever to the "up" position when you're done and move onto the next jack. A power drill with a 1/2" hex socket can be used to raise or lower the jacks when they're not bearing weight.
It is recommended that 2 people operate the jacks simultaneously to make it easier to raise each side of the camper evenly. However, 1 person can do the job by alternately cranking each jack in small increments. When lifting and lowering your camper, be sure to keep the front of it higher than the rear, and always keep it level side to side.
The included brackets are used to attach the jacks to each corner of your camper. The L-brackets and flat brackets secure the jacks to the front of your camper while the Z-brackets are used to secure the jacks to the rear of your camper.
For dually pickup trucks, an optional swing-out bracket (LC182496) can be easily installed to give you the additional clearance you'll need for easy loading and unloading.
For faster, electric operation, these manual camper jacks can be easily upgraded to a wireless remote-controlled system with the HappiJac manual-to-electric conversion kit (LC733960-182524). Electric operation makes it easy to mount or remove your camper on your own, rather than having to rely on someone else to operate the jacks on one side while you crank on the other to ensure the necessary incremental adjustments. And if you normally do this on your own, then you'll save a ton of time not having to bounce from side to side. Also, using the wireless remote to operate these jacks gives you the freedom to stand back and make sure that you're keeping your camper level every step of the way.

Load and unload your truck bed camper with these manual camper jacks. Jacks install permanently on the 4 corners of your camper for stable and convenient loading and unloading. These camper jacks arrived with a damaged protective weather seal. When I contacted etrailer for a replacement, they told me there were no replacement parts available and nothing they could due about it. The failure appeared to be a result of poor packaging. Very disappointing for an expensive item.
