Box is damaged and tape all over with clear tape holding box closed and first thought is missing parts and paper work and instructions to install ! Pictures taken and open up box finding all parts inside except for the paper work instructions to install, also the rubber cover for the water poof motor is damaged also!

The installation of these stabilizers went about as I expected. It took several hours for the wiring and all but no real problems. They do a least as good a job of stabilizing as the old scissor jacks. Probably better but it is hard to make a comparison. They are really so much easier to use and save a lot of stooping and time. We recently went on a 5 week 5000 mile trip with 18 stops. It was really nice having these stabilizers over the old jacks. I installed them on my 30 foot Flagstaff.

Product was just exactly as described.
To replace the stabilizer that I damaged by not raising it prior to raising the tongue of the RV. Item ordered was the one with the switch included even though I didn't need the switch. It was on sale and less expensive than the switch-less model.
Four bolts and nuts removed from each side and disconnect two wires to remove the damage stabilizer and just reverse the procedure to install the new one. I utilized blocks to raise the new stabilizer in place and the bolt holes matched up to the original mounting bracket.
A very expensive mistake but changing out the stabilizer was easy.

The replacement stabilizer has worked great. I attached a note to remind me to raise the stabilizers prior to adjusting the RV Tongue.

I replaced all 4 scissor jacks on my travel trailer with a pair of of these Lippert stabilizers. They work great and I'm really pleased with them.
Because of a propane gas line, I had to space the front unit down one inch, which wasn't really a problem. The work was done in my cousins farm shop which is very well equipped to fabricate things.

There's not a lot to say. The first Stabilizer carton was damaged to the point the carrier couldn't even find the Stabilizer. etrailer.com was very cooperative & sent a second unit out right away. Although the second shipment packaging was damaged all parts were there and undamaged. I installed the unit and it is so so much better, quieter and faster than the old unit. I highly recommend both Lippert and etrailer.com

Easy install, on my 2012 Cyclone model 3012 By Heartland. Unit is a great design even came with 4 bolts/nuts .(I added 4 more like my original unit had)
Love that this unit has a faster motor drive!! The yellow supports are a great visual reminder the unit is down!
Would of liked it to come with a manual wrench for emergencies.

I bought this part as a replacement for one that got damaged as I went over some railroad tracks in the country. Replacing the old one with the new one was a snap. Using the installation video gave me some insight as to whether I would be able to handle the job myself. The complete unit came quickly and the job was done in an hour. Thanks for the video.

Quality of the product looks good, packaging of the product not so much. For the size and weight of these stabilizers I would expect them to be package better, there is virtually no way to ship from Utah to Florida without destroying the flimsy box, and two small pieces of bubble wrap used for shipping. The first two I ordered both had bent mounting brackets so they were returned, the second two were no better packaged, first one showed up in good shape, second was not even in a box, no hardware or switch anywhere to be found. Fortunately Etrailer has a much better customer service department than their shipping department, Brittany took care of the missing parts and shipped them right away.

Delivered in damaged boxes, product was all scratched up and 1 of the jacks was bowed in the middle. I was able to straighten it out. The jack fre frames need to be atleast half in longer to properly fit my trailer frame. It took about 6 hours to install by my self. Received no paper work with it and wiring diagram would of been nice. The jacks do work as they should.

These jacks are great! I have only used them once but it was nice to just push a button rather than using my drill or the crank handle that came with the manual scissor jacks. I would recommend to anyone. I installed them myself and it took me a few hours to do it, but we’ll worth it.

Overall a lot better then the stock one off my 2018 FR vibe. Easy installation, and a bit lighter and faster deployment.I had to make holes to make it work but that was the trailer company's fault, not the stabilizer.

Once installed with the help of a buddy of mine, the Stabilizer is worth every penny. I did have to do a little costume work on the mount due to the Gas line under trailer. But it works well and is very easy to operate and maintain.

We have had this jack for a year on our travel trailer. It’s a 2012 Denali 311bh. It was a pretty easy install. When our trailer was built the factory drilled the holes in a funny spot so we had to make our own holes in the jack. Wired up the same. The amazing part is it’s super quiet compared to the factory one which was the older model of this unit. And this one is at least twice as fast. I would love to replace the other factory one on our trailer just for those two reasons alone. Our trailer loaded is around 12.5k lbs and this jack has no issues what so ever keeping it in place. You can identify this product by the yellow bars on it. Another product that you should check out is JT Strong arm support bars. I recommend both these products to everyone!!!!!

The leveling jack should have definitely come with instructions. I have attached a copy for you, please let me know if it does not download for you. When you mention needing wire do you mean the power wire? It will need to be wired to a battery. I was not sure if was missing wiring,

I ordered this on Friday evening and it was delivered on Wednesday morning. A day earlier than expected. The box was destroyed and that made me nervous. Upon unpacking no damage to the stabilizer was found so I installed it. After installing it it worked perfectly. 4 stars because of the fragile packaging

Turn it clockwise to raise the legs. Lippert cautions to disconnect the stabilizer from the battery before manually operating the crank.
