Retracted height is 32-3/4". Extended height is 53-1/4".The product itself was great. It fit right in to the brackets from our old landing gear. We were able to use our existing motor as a cross fit with this gear. The gear box was even better than Lipperts as it was not plastic.
The only issue we had with this was shipping. We ordered the part same day as our water pump because we were told it was in stock. Low and behold they changed ship date numerous times, with the excuse it was not easy to pick. Anyhow, two weeks later we finally got the part we ordered.
I have a 2000 komfort 26FS. It has original landing gear that was made by Atwood.Parts to repair are apparently no longer available. Did alot of research and this kit seemed to be a good replacement. It is a exact replacement. Took some time to get it installed as my 5th wheel has a wall and frame right next to landing gear. Original motor bolted up with replacement of original screws which were half inch to short. Four days to get delivered to Oregon. I would have given a five star review but I was missing square tubing that runs from gear box to other leg. Tubing is clearly pictured in discription photos.

The fifth star is for the fantastic etrailer Customer Service Team! They are always helpful with questions and guidance. I have a 1998 Terry 5th wheel, and this gear was practically a direct fit. The gearbox mounts either horizontally or vertically, the legs feel heavy duty and appear powder coated; they function smoothly. The feet, handle, and clips are all quality pieces. Sadly, the telescopic cross bar between the legs wasn’t coated and mine was rusty. Also, the gearbox was loose, bouncing around with the heavy metal parts in the manufacturer’s box, chipping the gearbox. All in all, I am very happy with the functionality/price. Plus, now when I get a little older, I have the option of adding the electric motor. Again, thx to Customer Service.

It looks great installed on the 5th wheel. It does sound like it was knocked around a little. I will have our Customer Service team reach out. Using a little Rustoleum on the gear box will help.
Landing gear fit perfect on my 2011 Rockwood fifth wheel. I was even able to use my original motor.

Flawlessly. Landing gear was better then original but these came with grease fittings where old ones did not have them. No problems with installation. We used RV this year for 8 weeks with no problems.

First I normally don’t write reviews. Customer service deserves 10 stars great information and product knowledge. I am very pleased with quality of product. Installed just like videos of course every camper is different but all information was helpful. Quality of product is a lot better than original factory set. Plus was my motor bolted right up like customer service said.

No problem at all
Seems to be good quality, perfect replacement for the 30+ year old Attwood landing gear that wore out. Installation was fairly quick and easy, with two small issues. First, had to sand down a plastic spacer between gear box and drive bar for bolt to fit. Second, I have to replace the screws that hold motor to gear box, threads on new gear box start 1/4 in back making old screws too short.
I was impressed that the jacks have two grease zerks and came well greased.
Worked great! Actually used them to adjust solar panels.
Perfect fit on my 2001 coachmen catalina 10 minutes and done. And the price is very good A plus thank's

Outstanding, after one year etrailer Camper jacks are still working perfectly on my 2001 coachmen Catalina no problem at all.
This product is exactly what I needed to replace the original installed landing gear on my 2010 Outback fifth wheel. The product was delivered in an unbelievable time frame and in excellent condition keeping in mind it was heavy and cumbersome. The service was outstanding and worthy of praise to any campers who may be looking for parts to any trailer on the market. I will certainly express my pleasure with your service and products to anyone that may ask or need help.
Appears to be good quality. Fit in the existing mounts. Drop leg is a bonus over what was previous.
These guys are awesome to fill the void, bridge every gap. If it wasn't for etrailer, I don't know what I would do, except keep on praying to God, ask for a better way. These guys AND GALS ARE GREAT!

These jacks, I have ordered 3 times over & they work out great thank you, no problem with them ever.
Installation went smooth, hardest part was troubleshooting the old landing gear. This was an exact replacement for our O.E.M. landing gear which had stripped out the bolt. Great price, fast shipping, very satisfied.
Replacement jacks work better than the original legs. Highly recommend these legs. Was easy to install

This product is still working great, and I would definitely recommend it!
Had to do some modification, cutting and welding but am very happy. The issue was the fact that my fifth wheel is over 40 years old
Good price and fit my application. Installed these a year ago and have not had any problems.
I appreciate the quick service. Ordered on Thursday got it on Monday and installed it on Tuesday. The landing gear was easy to install and works great.
Direct replacement that works great on my 2008 Forest River Rockwood 5th wheel.

the gear box stripped within a few months, changed it out for an electric one
Great company, my first shipment got lost and they sent me another landing gear set within days! It was very easy to install and I’ve had no problems with it at all this year.
Wish it would’ve had four new bolts, work well for what I needed for my old camper. This item never popped up right away when I was looking, glad I took some extra time and found them. Very surprising exact fit, also had 2 grease Certs per Jack, which was nice. I have 2011 Montana
First off this was a simple swap. It did take a little grinding on the cross bar to line everything up. After that it was a perfect fit. By that I mean even better than the set the factory installed. The original set was a little loose and let the motor wabble; these are a tight fit. No wabble at all.
They work very smoothly; Keystone should use these.
Everything bolted in perfectly.
The only thing I did not like was where the 2 welded plates on the jack are supposed to be there are only dimples pressed in the tubing. It still works.

So far so good, have not had any issues with this landing gear. It has proved to be equal to the Lippert system that broke on us.
