The product itself was great. It fit right in to the brackets from our old landing gear. We were able to use our existing motor as a cross fit with this gear. The gear box was even better than Lipperts as it was not plastic.
The only issue we had with this was shipping. We ordered the part same day as our water pump because we were told it was in stock. Low and behold they changed ship date numerous times, with the excuse it was not easy to pick. Anyhow, two weeks later we finally got the part we ordered.

So far so good, have not had any issues with this landing gear. It has proved to be equal to the Lippert system that broke on us.

I have a 2000 komfort 26FS. It has original landing gear that was made by Atwood.Parts to repair are apparently no longer available. Did alot of research and this kit seemed to be a good replacement. It is a exact replacement. Took some time to get it installed as my 5th wheel has a wall and frame right next to landing gear. Original motor bolted up with replacement of original screws which were half inch to short. Four days to get delivered to Oregon. I would have given a five star review but I was missing square tubing that runs from gear box to other leg. Tubing is clearly pictured in discription photos.

Installation went smooth, hardest part was troubleshooting the old landing gear. This was an exact replacement for our O.E.M. landing gear which had stripped out the bolt. Great price, fast shipping, very satisfied.

Flawlessly. Landing gear was better then original but these came with grease fittings where old ones did not have them. No problems with installation. We used RV this year for 8 weeks with no problems.

The fifth star is for the fantastic etrailer Customer Service Team! They are always helpful with questions and guidance. I have a 1998 Terry 5th wheel, and this gear was practically a direct fit. The gearbox mounts either horizontally or vertically, the legs feel heavy duty and appear powder coated; they function smoothly. The feet, handle, and clips are all quality pieces. Sadly, the telescopic cross bar between the legs wasn’t coated and mine was rusty. Also, the gearbox was loose, bouncing around with the heavy metal parts in the manufacturer’s box, chipping the gearbox. All in all, I am very happy with the functionality/price. Plus, now when I get a little older, I have the option of adding the electric motor. Again, thx to Customer Service.

It looks great installed on the 5th wheel. It does sound like it was knocked around a little. I will have our Customer Service team reach out. Using a little Rustoleum on the gear box will help.
Great looking product. Looks to be HD.works as it should. But the grease fitting was blocked by the manual crank rod. Crossover shaft bolt hole was to far in and had to cut the plastic wedge spacer to fit. Crossover shaft is bare metal and will need to be painted.
I ordered this on Tuesday was delivered on Thursday at 4 pm and installed by 6 pm. Your service is fantastic

After one year still works great. We traveled cross country last fall with multiple stops. Still smooth
This was easier to install then I expected and it has worked flawlessly for a year. Runs slow but has plenty of torque to easily raise and lower my trailer even when it's just plugged into the truck without the trailer battery.
IMO it was a good value.
This landing gear worked well with my 5th wheel trailer. I had to do a little bit of grinding to get them to set correctly but nothing too bad. Shipping was very fast and I spoke with 3 different people to get info and everyone of them were really nice and helpful. Will be definitely ordering from here again!

Product is still holding up well after a year. I only move my trailer about once a year.
Ordered on Tuesday, shipped on Tuesday, received on Thursday. Installed in 2.5 hours by myself on Sunday. These were actually a replacement set for landing gear that has skipping gears and a short throw. They bolted right in and work perfect. I would attach pictures but the landing gear is recessed into the 5th wheel trailer so it would be unclimactic.
Landing legs appear to be ok quality. I did find legs and gear box was lacking sufficient amount of grease so be sure to check before installing them. Gear box had to be taken apart and most moving parts were metal to metal so I grease it and it’s quiet and smooth now. Install was easy and after greasing should last as long as the 17 1/2 year old ones that were well maintained.

WAS NOT I EXPECTED TO GET LEGS TO SHORT SO LEFT IS TO LOW FOR MY TRUCK WITH OUT BLOCKS CONNECTING ROD BETWEEN JACKS 2 FT TO SHORT WAS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR TRAILER DID NOT KNOW UNTIL INSTALLED THEN IT WAS TO LATE AS I WAS TOLD TO LATE FOR ANY THING TO BE DONE FOR WE LAST TIME TO ORDER FROM ETRAILER
2 day delivery and the best order tracking I've seen make for a great start. Follow up after delivery of the product is not unheard of but very nice. When you open the box and everything you ordered is in the box is reassuring, but when you remove the jacks and the accompanying hardware and it fits, totally thrilled! Reused the motor from the old jacks and everything works perfectly!
My old jacks went bad after 3 years and 10 uses these replace and fit perfectly used this weekend and much more sturdy and lifted up the front of the 5th wheel much better.
This was my first time installing a replacement pair of jacks on a 30' Excel gooseneck trailer, it was intuitive and straight forward. Was unable to figure out how to mount up my existing Atwood electric motor to operate this gear head but will deal with that after a job I need to use this for.
They were very helpful and knew their products. I received it in 3 days and it was the correct replacement parts. I will be a return customer. Thanks
Exact replacement for half, (or less), than factory cost. Fixed uneven landing gear, one broken foot.
Since I was told this was made in China, I was afraid the quality of the metal would be poor, but they are heavy and sturdy.
For the price I highly recommend this landing gear set.
I ordered the part Wednesday night and after seeing the express shipping cost I thought no just going to do the regular free shipping and when it gets here it does. Well it was here by Saturday! I am very please with the speed in which my order was handled and how quick it arrived. The parts themselves are very sturdy and were an exact replacement for what I needed.

Seems to be good quality, perfect replacement for the 30+ year old Attwood landing gear that wore out. Installation was fairly quick and easy, with two small issues. First, had to sand down a plastic spacer between gear box and drive bar for bolt to fit. Second, I have to replace the screws that hold motor to gear box, threads on new gear box start 1/4 in back making old screws too short.
I was impressed that the jacks have two grease zerks and came well greased.
