Just now have it installed. This awning is very nice. It mounts tight to the roof with a foam rubber gasket to eliminate any potential rattles while driving or rain leaking in under the awning when in use. It has a low profile to minimize wind resistance while driving. The adapter kit which secures the Awning to the roof of the ProMaster Van is excellent quality and attaches quickly and securely. However, placing the awning into the adapter brackets is not as simple as the directions indicate. Once you figure out the proper procedure required(which is a bit different than the directions) it all went together nicely.

Installation was straightforward, awning works pretty well. The crank to deploy and stow is a little flimsy and it can be difficult to get it out out of the socket when the awning is fully stowed. Nothing too serious. Overall I am satisfied.
The awning arrived and was very well packaged. Installation was a little tricky until I realized that being on the roof of my van rather than on a ladder next to the van would make seating the connecting hooks far easier. I think the awning looks great and seems rock solid.
Ordering from etrailer has always been effortless. Prices are on point and free shipping doesn't hurt either. The awning went on in an hour using the kit that I also purchased from etrailer. Will return to their site for the other items I will need for my build.
Doesn't easily mount to Promaster. I have Thule's specific Promaster mount kit. Still don't have it installed and Thule hasn't been much help. Very disappointed.

I hate to hear that the awning has not been able to be installed. I know that you had reached out to Thule and I wondered if you can explain in more detail what is happening with the installation.
The employees of Etrailer were very good at their jobs there They followed up to make sure the packages got to me had me confused because they came by two different carriers, but they both arrived on the same day. Thanks, Adam E.
So I ordered the Thule hideaway and received the Thule omnistor. Luckily it fit the same adapters and everything. I think the legs are maybe different between the two and some accessories might not fit but it’s really hard to tell. Wish they would have advertised the product that they shipped when spending $XXXX.

We have reached out to Thule and there has been a running change made to this awning. It is now going to be called the Omnistor and the leg design is now square versus oval. Otherwise it is the same awning. We are working to update our pictures as quickly as possible.
Wish I did theirs one first. So easy to open and close being a short person.
well I ordered a 10'Hideway awning, instead I got a 10' thule omnistor 6300 awning, this did not fit my unaka 136"van rack. The adapter unaka brackets did not fit. so I retroed the aluminum brackets to fit, its not a great fit, but it works. I emailed your company to ensure I had the right awning, but the wrong one was sent.
Received via freight shipping , and packaging protected the inner box with product. Always have had excellent service from etrailer!
This works beautifully. It was the install with the adapter for roof mount on a promaster cargo van that was a nightmare.
Great awning, absolutely the best choice for Ram Promaster 136” wheel base. Fantastic fit, sits nicely on the edge of the roof and presents a low profile.
