This compact cargo bag lets you transport up to 12 cu ft of gear on your vehicle's cargo carrier. It's perfect for small luggage, sports equipment, tents, and sleeping bags. The poly canvas tarpaulin construction, welded seams, and covered zippers help to keep your gear clean and dry. The bag attaches to your carrier with 6 integrated straps, and it folds up for compact storage.
The cargo bag is constructed of 500-denier tarpaulin so it's hard to cut or tear, and it protects your cargo from dirt, dust, and road grime. The seams are also welded to create a watertight seal.
A large opening on top of the bag makes it easy to load and unload your cargo. Two zippers wrap around 3 sides of the bag so you can fully open the top, and because it opens from the rear, the zippers won't open due to oncoming wind. The zippers are covered with a flap that secures with hook-and-loop fasteners. This flap provides extra moisture protection for your cargo. You can add a small padlock (sold separately) to the zippers to secure your cargo.
The bag has 6 tie-down straps with Duraflex snap buckles that secure it to your cargo carrier. Simply feed the straps through the rails or bars of your cargo carrier, connect the buckles, and pull the straps tight. You can use the included hook-and-loop retainers to keep the excess strap length out of the way. The extra-strong straps have a UV50+ protection rating so they won't break down even after extended exposure to the sun.
This bag is flexible so you can fold it up and store it on a shelf in your garage or basement when you're not using it. It includes a storage bag to protect the bag and keep it clean and dry.

We run a private SUV service in Colorado and just purchased our third Rhino Rack RRLB 350. This rooftop bag offers 12 cubic feet of capacity and has been used in several wet weather conditions without a single issue. This bag has kept our clients personal belongings dry in every storm, period.
This 350 Model will easily hold two LARGE suitcases and one medium suitcase. If you need to hold more than that, there are two other models that offer more capacity than the 350.
Great quality bag
Excellent product, completely waterproof. Bag was easy to install with adjustable straps everywhere. Bag compresses nicely after your items are inside. Very happy with the product!
It is definitely NOT waterproof. Our camping gear got soaked on our last trip and had to skip our last night of camping.
Great roof top waterproof bag for travel! We use ours in conjunction with our Yakima roof basket. No complaints here!
Initial impressions are that this is very well made as long as it holds up to weather. I'm sure it will do all I expect of it. The zippers which would be the weak point are covered in flaps so they have little direct exposure to the elements. I have no reason to think this cargo bag will not do as expected.
After a year of use, the cargo bag has served us well. We pack relatively light, but often bulky, camping stuff in it for our overlanding adventures. It represents a not-expensive choice compared to strapping down various not-cheap boxes to your roof rack. Recommend.
We got this cargo bag to give us more space in the back of our Jeep for extended trips. It's made really well with thick materials and hefty zippers. It holds a good amount of gear thus freeing up space as we intended. Easy to strap onto our roof rack. Like the flap that velcros down over the zipper to keep dust and water out. Very happy with it!

Smooth order and delivery process, high quality materials, product was exactly as advertised. Quick easy on/off our Yakima Warrior rack.
Like the bag, used 6-8 times with no problems. Works well with soft things, backpacks, pads, tents, etc. but wish I had got the bigger one. Only drawback is that it is fairly tough to zipper up when full, especially hanging off the top of my truck. I would purchase this product, well made, held up great so far.
I have yet to utilize this cargo bag so i will update after it sees some action. As for etrailer they are reliable and responsive and definitely recommend buying from them in the future. Reasonable prices compared to many other online retailers.
This bag is bigger and holds a lot of stuff. We have 1 huge duffle suitcasr and a large suitcse and still had a little extra room.

First trip from Md to Montana and the weatherproof coating cracked all over as if it were dry rotted. In retrospect I would not purchase it again. Twice now Ive had the contents get wet. Its been relegated to holding lawn chairs and other items that can stand to be subjected to the elements. Honestly its probably going in the trash. Just wish it would have been obvious from the get go so I could have returned it. My initial review indicated satisfaction with how it was made that did not turn out to be the case.
