Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.
This tie-down kit helps stabilize and secure race cars, hot rods, ATVs, UTVs, and other wheeled equipment that's tied down in your truck bed or trailer. It includes 4 ratcheting straps with roller idlers and 2 wheel chocks that easily clip into horizontal E Track (sold separately).
This kit comes with 2 E-Chocks. Unlike other wheel chocks that have to be permanently installed, these chocks can be quickly and easily moved to different anchor slots on E Track. This means that you can easily adjust your setup depending on what you're hauling. The spring-loaded levers on the E Track fittings let you snap the wheel chocks into place and then remove them when you need to install them into different anchor slots.
These tire straps have built-in roller idlers that makes it easier to ratchet down the straps. The roller idlers allow you to move the ratchets away from your vehicle so that you can tighten down the straps without crawling under your vehicle. The E Track fittings on the strap ends and the roller idlers are also spring-loaded, and they easily clip into E Track anchor slots. And the zinc-coated steel construction of the roller idlers and the ratchets resists rust.
The straps also have 3 integrated pads that can be adjusted and positioned along the strap. The pads have ridges on either side, which grips onto the tire tread for additional security and stability of your equipment. And it allows the straps to mold to the contours of the tire for a snug fit.
Setup of the straps is easy. One end of the ratchet strap clips into the E Track on one side of the tire and the roller idler clips into the E Track on the other side of the tire. Then the strap is run through the roller idler, which acts as a third anchor point for the strap, and the ratchet is moved away from the tire. The other end of the strap is then clipped into the E Track. You should now have plenty of room to operate the ratchet and tighten down the strap.

I had a custom trailer built with E track in the floor with this system in mind what a great way to tie down I have trailered my 32 ford several thousand miles and the tie downs are always as tight as when I tied the car down very pleased with this product
The tire stops do NOT fit in the E-Trac!!!
Also they are TOO TALL. I have a Porsche 911 and it DOES NOT fit under
the front end. So they are totally useless.
IF YOU HAVE SHORTER ONES THAT FIT IN THE E-TRAC, I WILL BUY A PAIR!!!!! pLEASE!!

works better than any straps I've used in the past
This is a heavy duty product that works well when properly used. However every application is unique so read on to see where my challenges were.
My e-track is recessed so the top is flush with the trailer floor. The wheel chocks are designed to rest on the trailer floor assuming the e-track is not recessed. However it was possible to modify the chocks with a grinder. Once that was done they work perfectly. A must have since they make loading my race car a breeze.
The straps are good but time consuming to put on. My trailer is enclosed and working the straps over the wheels requires some contortions and finesse. The rubber blocks are a challenge to fit between the tire and outside edge of the fender because of the lack of clearance. If you are first time e-track user be sure to double check you're locked in. Three of my straps popped off the first time! If your car's tires don't center on your e-track make sure you get the strap at least over the center of the tire. I've had straps slide off the tire during transport. Note that my tires are slicks so there is no tread block for the strap to grab. It would be terrific if there was webbing that could prevent that possibility.

After a year of use the straps are still doing their job. With use, Ive learn to load and tie down the car much faster. Sometimes I thread the straps through the wheels to ensure they cant slip off.

Shipping was incredibly fast! Order was on my front porch 34 hrs from the time I placed order.
Ordered wheel straps and E-track wheel chock kit to go out of town to pick up a brand new car in my trailer at a dealership in another city. Quality of products looks great but I won't be using for about another week or so once car comes in. I will send another review with pics once I have put them to use
This is the second time I have purchased this system. Both times they work flawlessly. When people seem my with this holding my Side by Side down to the trailer, they always ask where tog et them from. It beats the heck out of the sloppy attempts at strapping down with ratchet straps. With all four wheels strapped down to the e-track on my trailer, I am certain if I ever flipped my trailer on the side, the trailer and SxS would stay secured together. Its a very easy way to feel secure carrying your equipment on a trailer.
I LOVE these tie downs and chocks! Good quality hardware and straps. Takes just minutes to tie down my Honda Pioneer 1000 to the E-track mounted on my trailer. The chocks are awesome because I can adjust them depending on how I want to distribute the weight on my trailer.
I normally do not give feedback or write reviews. I felt compelled to do this. If you are trailering a Corvette with the E-TRACK system this is the product you want!!!! I had two other tie down products I tried 1st that came with the trailer and both would have done damage to me Vette. EM58523-09162-4 seems to have it locked down safely. I'll be back in 3000 miles with the performance review. Thank you Carol for your help! Less than a week to arrive was a plus also.
