Specs:
Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The load being tied down must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 400 pounds each to tie down a load weighing 1,600 pounds, then you need at least 4 straps to safely secure the load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

Jake: Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the tie-down kit from Rhino Rack. This tie-down kit is going to include a stretchable cargo net that's going to hook into the side rails of your roof basket, and two cam buckle straps in order to get your load safely secured. So here's the cam buckle straps we we're talking about. They're a nice bright blue in color. So you're going to be able to locate them if they're in your car or in your garage. Others are also going to be able to see that your load is safely secured up on top of your roof. The bungee net is going to give you that extra peace of mind that even though you have your load safely secured to your roof basket, that if something we're to come loose, that your net will hold it down in place. The net is going to feature 12 of these hooks that are designed to fit around your Rhino Rack's outer rails, whether it's the bottom rail or the top rail. And it also has this convenient hole to help you to get it off easier. This luggage net is going to be available in two different dimensions.
Here we have the 36 by 40 inch net. It's also available in a 32 by 48 inch net. Both of these nets are going to have kits with straps in them. The straps are going to have a 165 pound weight capacity for your safe workload limit, but it's going to have a 496 pound break strength. The strap is going to be about an inch wide and 13 feet long. So there's going to be more than enough length to be able to go over and back to the other side of your roof basket.
As you can see here, we have more than enough extra length here, and they do have this convenient strap to be able to tie up your excess. The cam buckles are going to have a steel construction to ensure a strong hold over time. The straps are also going to be made out of a durable polyester construction.Well guys, with all that being said, that's going to do it for our look at the luggage tie-down kit by Rhino Rack.

Great product. Fits great. Very well made. Very easy to install.
Excellent Service and very helpful team
Works exactly as one would expect and as it should.
Product is great
High quality construction, not your cheap Chinese made net.
Easy to assemble and works great. The rack is very solid.
looks great, and works great. Had some rain which made some rust colored water leak out from the rack which then made alittle bit of a mess on the roof of the vehicle. Wasn't hard to clean up or anything.
The product is well made and a little large for the rack I bought. I would have had to have a big stack of stuff on top of my car to utilize. I used a couple of bungees and it works well for my pick up truck.
High quality & perfect fir for Rhino Rack's basket!
Very impressed with the quality of the netting and the hooks. Much better than your average cargo netting.
Fits and works great my new Rhino-rack pro roof cargo basket.
Love this cargo net! Durable and a perfect fit. etrailer was the perfect place to order this from, also. Their customer service answered all my questions before I bought. this.
Fits nicely with my Rhino-Rack X-tray small. You still need to use the tie down straps to really secure your items on the roof. The net by itself is not enough to hold down your items while you're driving on the road. Overall a great addition.
junk - cheap plastic hooks.. I broke 2 hooks trying to attach to the tube (designed to do) so I gave up and tied it to the smaller tubing on the rack
