Note: Do not use for overhead lifting. This load binder is designed to work as part of a complete tie-down system. The overall capacity depends on the safe working load limit (WLL) of the chain(s) that you choose, as well as the capacity of the load binder itself. The item being tied down must not exceed the combined WLL of the lowest-rated components in the system.

Hello, neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Durabilt rapid tie-down chain binder with grab hooks on the ends for a 5/16 to 3/8 inch chains rated at 7,300 pounds. So folks, this binder with a manual spin design is gonna help you secure light to heavy duty equipment. It's gonna be ideal for like compactor and specialty industrial tie-down applications. They do give you a nice 10 inch long barrel as we're calling it here, the red part.
And that center hole is gonna let you get your leverage on this sliding lever handle here, and that's gonna deliver faster action than a lot of those ratcheting styles out there. So, you can hold this and just typically spin that around to tighten up a lot quicker than those ratchets. Now, you can tighten or loosen that turnbuckle style screws here. So, by turning that, these are in place, you're actually spinning these tighter and looser on both ends. Now, this does have a jam nut on this end, so you would tighten that down or loosen it, depending on what you need to do, and that's gonna keep that tension level while the other side spins and also prevent it from free spinning on one side.
It has been zinc plated. It's a nice forged steel. The grab hooks securely attach to the chain, and they have a nice red powder coat finish on the center bar there. Now this meets all DOT standards, also meets all CHP, CVSA, WSTDA, FMCSA 40, all those kind of standards. It has a safe working load limit of 7,300 pounds and the whole thing's pretty lightweight, about nine pounds.
(parts clank) Folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look at our rapid tie-down chain binder with the grab hooks and the center bar. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
