Note: Do not use for overhead lifting. This load binder is designed to work as part of a complete tie-down system. The overall capacity depends on the safe working load limit (WLL) of the chain(s) that you choose, as well as the capacity of the load binder itself. The item being tied down must not exceed the combined WLL of the lowest-rated components in the system.

Speaker 1: Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Titan chain ratcheting load binder for 5/16 inch to 3/8 inch thick chain. This has a max working load limit of 5,400 pounds. Now this is going to allow you to quickly and easily cinch down your chains to secure heavy loads with this durable steel binder. It has a powder-coat finish to resist rust and corrosion. Now, it's gonna have that nice ratcheting handle to secure those loads down easily. Just flip the switch to change the direction on that to get it cinched down.This is going to be a forged-steel construction, so it's gonna be really strong and durable.
It also has that nice thick powder-coat on it to resist any rust or corrosion. This does meet the Department of Transportation regulations. And this works with 5/16 inch to 3/8 inch thick chains. Again, the safe working load limit is 5400 pounds or 5,400 pounds. The handle length is going to be 10 and a half inches from the top to that flared out point there.
The minimum reach for this is going to be 22 inches from hook to hook. As far as the hook throat there, it's going to be about a half inch of space in between. And then the thickest part of the chain, it's about an inch and a quarter.So that's gonna do it for our look at the Titan chain ratcheting load binder for 5/16 inch to 3/8 inch thick chain.

The chains seem to be in working order BUT!, the box was broken. Putting 5 heavy chain binders in a big cardboard box is not a good idea. One binder fell out the corner and is all scuffed. Paint chipped off. I know theyre going to get worn in but I paid for new and should'nt get them is used condition.
Purchased these as a part of my package to secure my tractor to the trailer. These are very nicely made and work great. They are exactly as appear and they arrived with not a scratch in the bright red paint. I prefer these to the other kind of load binder as these seem easier to tighten.

Chain binders that will do the job. I needed tie down for tractor and having experience with Etrailer staff before I figured going with them makes sense. Fast service, and easy to navigate the web site I will continue to use there services. Now let’s see how the binders hold up in the long haul!
After a year and alot of use the binder is still working great. Only greased it once and about 50% of the time I am towing on gravel (dusty) roads or lots
