Quickly and easily install a 7-way, RV-style trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom wiring harness. T-One connector plugs into OEM tow package wiring harness - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located behind the access cover at the center of your rear bumper.
Once installation is complete, the 7-way connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 7-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

All the wiring was already in the vehicle. They first sold me the wrong harness. After inspection I called and returned it for full credit and received the correct one and installed it. Its works great and the dealer had no idea how to wire the car.
Great product and informative people. Product reviews and installation videos were very helpful.The included installation instructions were very basic and could have been a bit more detailed but if you watch the videos, it all makes sense and it makes for a an easy installation.
I was the installer in this vehicle application. I can tell you apon doing so the instillation was straight forward. My friends vehicle and to this day he continues to pull his boat and trailer without issues. Great product and I am a retuning customer with several vehicle applications I have done. Yes, the hitch and the wiring harness all worked out well. Needed a friend to install the hitch. Everything was included and bolted up with no problems. Wiring harness plugged in to factory wiring. Work well for my 2017 Arcadia which is a newly designed model. I was not sure if this item would be an exact "plug in" for my application considering my vehicle did not come with a factory trailer package. etrailer did some checking with the manufacturer to verify it would be and easy plug in. It did plug in and worked perfectly.

The instruction videos are thorough and will safe you many installation problems. I just installed a hidden trailer hitch on my 2020 GMC Acadia Denali without problems by using the video as my guide.

Everything fit together perfectly. Make sure you order s mounting bracket for your connector. I forgot and wished I had at the time of ordering. Hardest part was removing the original dust covers off of car wiring harness.
Watch video on removal of dust covers one of them is real tricky on Cadillac ZT5. My on concern about the hitch is the 7 way plug is round and the bracket is oval so they don't work together. All in all nice setup!

Rather difficult to install. The "how to" video helped a lot. Had difficulty removing protective caps on wiring on vehicle.

The linked install video shows the plugs being removed beginning at the 1:40 mark. If the dummy plug is hard to remove, it can be pried away gently with a small screwdriver.

Very easy to install just wasnt a fan of not being able to put the two bumper/facia mounts back on
