I love the versatility of this product and the accessories you can get with it. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they arrive pretty beat up looking. Maybe I should have purchase the black but liked the metal finished look for our application. I am afraid I will be repainting them after all.1686966

I have a 14 foot flat roof trailer, and live in New England where snow gets wet ad heavy. I searched the internet for solutions, but nothing available. So I used your x-track vertical and e-track wood beam sockets to build an internal ceiling support system to prevent the roof from sagging under the weight of snow. After spending much time looking for solutions on the web, and coming up empty, this simple solution occurred to me.775819

Product works as advertised. The problem is poor quality control. I realize etrailer is basically a fulfillment center that simply resells merchandise. That said someone had to put the initial order together in order for it to be shipped. Many of the pieces came with virtually no galvanize coating on them. This is an aesthetic and does not affect product function. I originally reached out to their customer service and was initially told that they would provide me the name of the manufacturer so that that I could take it up with them. WHAT? I told the CSR that they had to be kidding. I bought the product from them which makes it their problem with the manufacture not me. Finally, after several emails another CSR responded and actually contacted me offering to adjust the price for the defective items. She asked me for pictures of the affected items which was not an unreasonable or unfair request, unfortunately, I was in the middle of a cross country move and the cargo trailer was completely packed and I was unable to get her pictures. After repeated additional attempts to contact her I gave up since my move was more pressing than this problem. I would not recommend etrailer due to their poor quality control and lack of customer care. What they forgot to realize in this whole exercise is all this becomes moot if when the order was packed the defective items don't get packed. All items were packaged separately and should have been easily identified as not up to par. That said, I have not used this vendor since and would caution anyone who is considering doing business with them to find another source for their needs.1214521

The rails I purchased from you have been fully installed on both of my trailers and used frequently to tie down various cars for travel and car shows. I have also installed them on the walls of my enclosed trailer to use for holding various equipment in transit. They are extremely reliable and they certainly exceed my original expectations.1113436

Does not fit e track fittings from the Same or different manufacture in most of the slots. The slots were too tight on about 60% of them and hat to be bent or ground out bigger. It took an hour for each 8ft piece to fix before installing. I will never buy this again.1203642
