I'm a High School Band Director who uses a trailer to get instruments from performance venue to school and back. My previous trailer didn't have any E-track hardware and I just did the best we could. There was always a great deal of shifting of equipment during transport. Now that my current trailer has E-track hardware, I can secure all of my equipment easily and quickly reorganize the entire trailer according to the job's requirements. If you've not got E-track, get it. It's more than worth it's cost in saving of time and convenience.859564

Bought replacement truck in MOORE, OK and ordered hitch and accessories via iPhone in route back to Chicago. Order was there one day after returning and installed the following weekend.
Hitch fit and looks like the OEM option and helpful video made the install a snap... did it in my driveway.
Good price, fast shipping and wide selection makes etrailer a great value.

The track is good. I have not gotten to use it much since I put it in a trailer that is used for sound engineering and the coronavirus pretty well squashed all the business. But I like it and I'm happy with the product.968409

As with most e-track products, this hook works well and does what it supposed to. I believe it could be improved however if the manufacturer offered a hook with a spring latch so items couldn't accidently fall off while the trailer goes over a bumpy road or something. If there is a product out there, I haven't seen it.

The pull down lever would also be better if it were wider, like thumb width; would be easier on the fingers. Otherwise, great product.

Hook does what I need it to. I am pleasantly surprised that, with the open hook design, rain gear and coats have not easily fallen to the trailer floor during transit. 386221
