Brackets, 10-bolt base rails, and necessary hardware included.The installation is simple but a little more time consuming than expected. I am a fairly good mechanic and with the assistance of a friend who is an excellent, 30-year that's his job, mechanic we feel the two of us could do the installation in an hour and a half next time. Took us 3 hours to do the installation. I do recommend two people and to not do as seen on one of the videos and cut the heat shield, just take your time and take the two heat shields down for the room. I've installed Universal fifth wheel rails in the past and they compare nothing to the quality and cheer girth and strength and fitment of the B&W custom fit rail system.
The B&W Custom base rail kit that I order was an excellent purchase. Product arrived when I was told it would, and everything fit like a glove. I found the video that showed the installation process extremely helpful, and everything worked just as it was shown.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is that I was shorted one bolt. Trying to find a grade 8 1/2'x 2" carriage bolt in small town America these days are almost impossible, especially when you have everything torn out under the vehicle. I will count before hand next time. Other than that, a great product.
Shiny and new! The gray color matches the gray of my new truck. Very solid looking, good welds and finish. I chose these over several others due to the fact each bracket has four individual securing points, two in the frame and two through the bed to the cross bars. Impressed with these so far, installation looks to be straight forward, photos to come.
Sold our 2017 2500 Silverado that had B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches installed. Purchased a 2022 3500 Silverado HD and needed the base rails. Ordered and they work great with the 5th wheel we purchased earlier. Husband a 42 year truck driver very satisfied.
After purchasing this B&W 5th wheel kit I installed it myself. The kit came with great instructions and easy to understand. The kit has all the little tricks to assist with installation. I would buy and use this again if and when needed.
It's a little harder to mount than I expected. Doing it by myself and takes a little more time. Now that its done I like the look of the mounting this is only the second time I have mounted a 5th wheel hitch
The original brackets we ordered didn’t fit a 2000 2500, but these were very easy to install and fit perfectly. Kudos to etrailer for their customer service support in resolving the issue. Very smooth process to return and shipping was quick.

Easy install the only difficult part was tighting the bolts above the fuel tank.

I would not recommend DIYing this for most people. There's too much in the way to correctly torque the nuts (like the fuel tank). It is a great kit and the instructions were complete, there's just a lot in the way that needs to be moved or removed.
I had the BEST experience ever with etrailer! Bought a fifth wheel and hitch. Needed rails and mounting brackets for the truck bed. Shopped online,found what I thought would fit and called them for confirmation. Talked with Donna and she helped me to the finish line! The rails and hardware arrived in about 3 days! Excellent process, I was just expecting everything to arrive at once. Not really a big deal, one day apart delivery. We’ll see how the installation goes. It looks all the parts are here.
When we realized the rails may not be here until Thursday, called customer service and a very nice young man made sure the rails went out on Friday. They are all installed and we we will be able to leave on our camping trip Friday as planned.
I wrote his name down and I can not find it. He even gave me his ext. in the event I needed something. Excellent customer service.
My hitch and rail kit were installed today by my dealership. The technician didn't report any issues with the instructions or the installation. I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait for my first camping trip.

This kit was much more than I expected. Super rugged brackets with all necessary hardware. Installing it was better than expected with absolutely no cutting. Two man install took two hours.well worth the money. I highly recommend this kit.
Hardware was great. Installation easy due to the super video available on the link through the order confirmation. etrailer always gets it right!
Well thought out kit,, haven't installed it yet but it looks straight forward,, would much prefer rails to be black but it be what it be,,, need better boxing on rails, they were falling out the box when delivered

The kit was necessary when I switched trucks, from a Silverado 2500HD to a 3500HD. I have not had any issues with the hitch.
