Easy installation and works great!
never installed but the product seemed alright other than it looked used due to the parts bag being torn open. this kit wasn't the right application for my truck, even after one of etrailers "product experts" said it would fit my 2019 f250. they were wrong. now i have to send back this kit and wait for another. etrailer offered me nothing for my inconvenience. since i am in immediate need of this, i have to pay hundreds of dollars for next day shipping. if i could have found one locally i would have bought it elsewhere. now i'm just hoping the one they say will work this time is correct.

It has been wonderful. It was super easy to install and worked great for my Anderson hitch
The product itself seems great. Well made and I will say for sure. Maybe I was confused on ordering or something but I put in my vehicle information and looked up the different options that would fit my vehicle. I ordered under that list and now bolt holes don’t line up where they should. I ended up with rails for a newer truck so I ended up having to drill holes in my frame anyway. Which is what I was trying to avoid. Still seems like a quality product but I think the ordering part of things maybe needs a little tweaking. It’s only half done as of now I just hope my brackets will line up when I do the passenger side mounting bracket to frame

Totally our fault it didn't fit. We didn't enter our truck info to ensure proper fit. These folks made returning this easy and they helped us until we KNEW exactly what we needed. Even though this didn't work out, because of their great customer service we will recommend and order from here again.
This is a great product, install took about 90 min, fit was great on 2011 f-250 . Couple that with free shipping, u can't go wrong.

It is great. Easy install and towed my camper over 20k miles with it. No bolts have wiggled loose and easy to use
