This locking carrier lets you carry 2 pairs of skis or 4 fishing rods on the side of your Rhino-Rack Pioneer platform. Carrier mounts at a 75-degree angle, off the side of the platform, freeing up space for additional gear on top.

This extra space allows for countless combinations of gear, ensuring no gear gets left behind. The carrier can hold up to 4 fishing rods or 2 pairs of skis. The soft rubber padding grips the contours of your gear, so you can load it up and hit the lake or the slopes.
Quick and Easy Access![push button release]()
A large push button on the side of each unit makes it easy to open the carrier. This makes it easy to open, even if you're wearing bulky gloves. The spring-loaded arms pop open once the button is engaged and remain elevated while you're loading your skis or rods. When you're ready to head out, just push the arm down until it snaps into place.

The carrier comes equipped with Rhino-Rack Masterkey lock cores to deter theft and provide peace of mind if you make a pit stop or park overnight during your fishing trip. If you have other Rhino-Rack gear and want everything keyed-alike, you can swap out (sold separately) the lock cores to match.
Quick and Easy Installation ![Pioneer platform mount installation]()
The Rhino-Rack ski and fishing rod carrier mounts in your platform's top channels. Simply attach the mounting bracket to the carrier's base, then place the carrier anywhere you want along the platform's outer edge and bolt the bracket down. Since the carrier can be used for outdoor activities during every season, you can leave it installed on your platform year round.
