Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Risk Racing EZ5 utility jug. This is a five gallon utility jug that will allow you to transport your liquids wherever it is you're going. This does have an HDPE plastic construction so it is gonna be very durable. This will work to transport your non-potable water, your antifreeze, engine oil, gear oils, hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, really, any liquid that you're needing to transport. And now keep in mind, this does not meet the ASTM, EPA, ARB or other official agencies descriptions of a portable fuel container.

So if you use this as a fuel container or to transport gas you may be in violation of your state's laws. So be sure to check your state's laws for legal requirements. But this is going to have the fluid level measurements molded onto the front here. You can't really see it with my camera, the brightness but those are molded in. So you can tell how much you have left as you're filling it up.

Make sure that you have enough there. This does have an ergonomic design that features three handles, so you can easily pour this, maintain control not gonna have to worry about it slipping out of your hands. On the backside here, we do have this aluminum breather that's going to be far enough away from your cap that as you're pouring, you're not gonna have to worry about fluid getting out through there. That is going to allow you to adjust your venting and flow of your fluid and that sort of thing. It's got a rubber O-ring that will be tightened down so you don't have to worry about liquid spilling out through that vent hole.

And even if you have this completely loosened it's not going to pull out so you don't have to worry about losing it and just adjust how much airflow you want flowing through there so that you can control your pouring. Now, when you're thinking about where you're gonna put this do want to give you a few measurements and you can see this is right about 19 and a half inches tall. Our body is approximately 10 and a half inches wide by about nine and an eight we'll call it right about nine inches. Now this utility jug is going to be compatible with several different add-on components such as the hose bender utility jug spout that will tighten down onto your cap here. That will allow you to very easily pour out your fluid into a controlled space as well as our utility jug mount here.

And so this will bolt down onto your floor, will provide a nice solid connection for you so you don't have to worry about your jug tipping over as you're going down the road. It's also got a spot for you to put a padlock through so you can add some extra security. Make sure no one can come along, take off with your jug. Those are sold separately. You can see those part numbers on the screen or we do also sell it as a kit with all three components.
